Holiday Inn Express Park City by IHG

Great for a fast trip. Clean room great staff.

The tub doesn’t have anything non slip in it and when I was trying to pull the shower curtain closed, I slipped and tweaked my neck and back trying to catch myself. Then, at 8 in the morning the housekeeper knocked twice and then let herself in while I was scrambling to get dressed. The bananas on the breakfast bar were old and brown.

Breakfast was good, good variety.

I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. No apologies were given. I had to change the key to our room four times during the stay because of issues with the locking mechanism. Very inconvenient. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and courteous. The complementary breakfast was only OK – very minimal. Apparently, they allow pets in the hotel, so there were lots of dogs walking around and all around you while trying to enjoy breakfast. I think two stars out of five is very accurate for this property.
