Hampton Inn Dry Ridge

Hotel Lobby, parking, and entry were being remodeled. But Hotel still functioned very well. Staff very friendly. Room was nice.

The hotel was in the middle of construction and there was no parking available. We arrived late and couldn’t find the entrance in. Had to park at a hotel across the way. I would’ve picked a different hotel if i would’ve known. Breakfast was good, but was in a work zone as well. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, but AC didn’t work. It was 73 when we got there but was 75 when we checked out after running the AC all night. The staff were great, helpful and apologetic. They did nothing wrong and were nice. I’d choose a different hotel until construction is over.

This was a nice hotel. The problem I had was the bed was too hard. I do have lower back problems and it is hard to sleep on a hard bed.

Very nice hotel. Very clean.

Amazing, clean, welcoming community and staff. Extremely helpful staff, Jessica, Cindy, Debbie and Emily are absolutely above and beyond.
