Quiet convenient, very pet friendly, Great location next to the highway The only issue that I've had and it's not a major one is the vending and amenities are still in repair however overall very good experience. And if they had their own dedicated delivery service to the hotel it would be of true five-star rating

Only thing that stunk was the indoor pool wasn't open and that was the only reason why I book this hotel was for the indoor pool. And there was really nothing for breakfast 2 cereals to chose from and white bread.

The accommodation met basic standards, but updating is essential. The room had an unpleasant mildew smell. The night lady at the front desk delivered superb service. Guests should note that the second floor is not accessible by elevator. Despite some drawbacks, I would stay here again for a short trip.

Upon pulling up, a group of gentlemen were standing around a small pot plugged in frying chicken wings, which the bones were all over the parking areas. Going into the hotel at the back, the door is unlocked 24/7, and our room was the first by it. I asked management and she told me they had cameras and it would be locked at night, which it wasn’t. Opening the door to our room, outside the curtains sat 3 gentlemen smoking weed. My 11 year old daughter witnessed this! I made her wear socks so her feet didn’t touch the floor. When she took them off before getting into the bed, which had a hair in it, they were black. If I could have afforded to leave, I would have but couldn’t, so stayed. Needed ice for our drink, and the ice maker didn’t work. Went to the front desk and she gave me a bag with about 15 cubes. Needless to say, we made the best of the situation but will not choose this property ever again.

They charged me 3 weeks for a 2 week stay. I ended up leaving after 1 week. The room was filthy upon arrival. I had to cleanthe room in order to stay in it. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies. I wouldnot recommend this to anyone. It had roaches. And other bugs. . They argued with me on the over charge refused to refund me. Had to contact corporate.

Staff was friendly, breakfast area seemed clean. Breakfast options left much to be desired. Rooms and hallways all smelled like smoke and mold. Room was dirty and the flooring was broken and coming up. Did not get a chance to check out the pool. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff was so nice but this place is dump.

Room was dirty. Countertop had food crumbs on it. Refrigerator had leftover food left in it. Toilet seat was very loose. Hotel cleaned counter top and tightened Toilet seat. Later first night found dirt and cobwebs under and behind chair. Cleaned next morning. Suggestion someone should check room after cleaning. First time staying at Super 8. Not a positive experience so far

First room was the worst. Spongy floor, not one hanger in make do closet, three lamps and only one lightbulb plus TV had broken stand so was lopsided. Staff was very nasty and insisted was very nice room. Put me in second room which did have hanger and one lightbulb again for two lamps. Bed was very very lumpy.

Won't stay here again. Room was fine but the guests above us apparently couldn't keep their child from running and jumping across the room. Went on for hours. Complained to front desk and they spoke with the guests above but really didn't make any difference. Couldn't offer another room because they were full. Maybe so noisy due to age of building. No soundproofing.

Our bed had a huge hole in the mattress. I told the front desk and they were sold out so they could not move us to another room. But, they did not offer a discount or anything. We did not sleep well at all.

The Wi-Fi went out so I had no tv for half of the day and when I went to call front desk the phone didn’t work. The toilet lid cover was super loose and was about to fall off. The only thing good about my stay was the air conditioner and shower

They put the elderly on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Weren’t open to making changes. Room was spacious and TV was way too big! Bedding was messy and old and worn. Way overpriced for what we got.

when I came to the front of the building, there was four guys and a lady out in front smoking and drinking beer. I went inside and no one was at the counter stood there for over 10 minutes, finally went outside and asked if they knew how to get a hold of the desk clerk and the lady responded. Oh that’s me I’ll be right in I went in it still took her another minute to come in. Then she says well I needed a break because I’ve been here since 3 o’clock. Very poor customer service.

I'm obviously disabled. I don't have legs so I use prosthetics and a crutch. I wear shorts so you can see the prosthetics. They give me a room on the second floor which I was fine with. Then my family members that we were traveling with check in and they get a room on the first floor lol... Tried to have Expedia talk to the manager and I guess he was angry at Expedia and me... As long as he gets his money I guess. Screw the customers. Especially the crippled ones...

Workers were very rude beside one gentleman toilet was clogged when we got there And told to plunge it ourselves and handed us a plunger. Bathtub was clogged. Breakfast was very subpar. Ice machine was broke. Asked for extra blanket theey said they don't provide them. But the worst was we found a needle in the pool took it to them and they just said to throw it away. Cops were there constanly 6 showed up just last night. We wont be staying here again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The only thing was I called ahead and asked for a crib and was told there would be one in my room. When I got there they said they didn’t have cribs. Had 2 sleep with my 2 year old and husband. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep.

We called to say we would be late -- encountered a lot of rain and resulting vehicle crashes -- and upon arrival were greeted by completed paperwork so check in took about a minute! The property was sold out for the night, but our room was held per our online reservation.

The staff were great. Lots of smokers and drunks at the front door. Had to cancel second night because noise was so bad. Srairs were at the head of the bed. People stomping up and down all night long. Also smelled of milldw had astma attacks.

Right off the highway, restaurants nearby. Large parking lot. Clean lobby, staff was nice. Had a indoor pool, didn't have time to use it, looked nice. Breakfast was very basic, only microwave items, no hot food. Only negative thing I could say was that when I checked in it was dark out and there were several people that were probably construction workers that were staying there outside sitting on the curb drinking beer. Nobody bothered me. Room was clean and comfortable, night time was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. Nice big screen tv and plenty of cable channels available. Good value for the price, I would definitely stay there again. AAA+

The hotel is a bit run down and there was a homeless guy hanging outside of our window so we had to keep curtains closed. They also sit out in front of the entrance and drink beer and smoke all day. I’d never stay her again if I could avoid.

Upon pulling up, a group of gentlemen were standing around a small pot plugged in frying chicken wings, which the bones were all over the parking areas. Going into the hotel at the back, the door is unlocked 24/7, and our room was the first by it. I asked management and she told me they had cameras and it would be locked at night, which it wasn’t. Opening the door to our room, outside the curtains sat 3 gentlemen smoking weed. My 11 year old daughter witnessed this! I made her wear socks so her feet didn’t touch the floor. When she took them off before getting into the bed, which had a hair in it, they were black. If I could have afforded to leave, I would have but couldn’t, so stayed. Needed ice for our drink, and the ice maker didn’t work. Went to the front desk and she gave me a bag with about 15 cubes. Needless to say, we made the best of the situation but will not choose this property ever again.

We stopped here on way to PA. For a funeral. Checkin was good. When we got to our room and started to settle in I went to bathroom and toilet seat was on ground. It appeared that someone had been working on the room. I went up desk and told girl working. She said they had no more rooms and called the manager. In the meantime, hubby had taken our luggage back to car. Then manager came in to assist. She did find us a room down the hall. Hubby goes back out to car to get luggage. He was upset that the front desk girl asked if we wanted to stay in the room. No thank you. The second room was identical but did not seem as clean. We did stay there. They need to make sure rooms are ready to go before letting it be reserved online. Thank goodness it was first floor. We slept late and missed breakfast by a couple of minutes. It was already gone when we got there at 9:00 am. I did at least get coffee. Night manager was nice.

Staff was friendly, breakfast area seemed clean. Breakfast options left much to be desired. Rooms and hallways all smelled like smoke and mold. Room was dirty and the flooring was broken and coming up. Did not get a chance to check out the pool. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff was so nice but this place is dump.

Rooms were in very poor condition and dirty. Towel bar in bathroom was broken. Cereal was dirty looking and stale in breakfast we ended up going elsewhere to eat

Workers were very rude beside one gentleman toilet was clogged when we got there And told to plunge it ourselves and handed us a plunger. Bathtub was clogged. Breakfast was very subpar. Ice machine was broke. Asked for extra blanket theey said they don't provide them. But the worst was we found a needle in the pool took it to them and they just said to throw it away. Cops were there constanly 6 showed up just last night. We wont be staying here again.

Only thing that stunk was the indoor pool wasn't open and that was the only reason why I book this hotel was for the indoor pool. And there was really nothing for breakfast 2 cereals to chose from and white bread.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. The rooms smelled of smoke even with no smoking signs everywhere. Other guests were loud and talking and playing music all night. "Breakfast" was packaged donuts, coffee and cereal.

Room was clean but very dated. It was a non smoking room but smelled odd. The bathroom was definitely on point for cleanliness! There was no coffee pot in the room, but was available in the lobby. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The carpet throughout definitely needs changed! Its old, darkand gives the whole hotel a bad smell! I think for what was offered, the rental price should be less. Would possibly return but not a guarantee. The ease of location to the expressway was excellent. Food choices surrounding the area were great.
