Upon checking in, a sign was posted that they no longer served breakfast which was not mentioned on the advertisement. With no elevator to be found, we hiked our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Adults & children were hanging out on the walkway as if they were "chillin on the stoop"- did not make me feel comfortable at all. We walked in to our NONSMOKING room to smell the strong odor of cigarette smoke-I\'m allergic!! With one step into the door, a roach runs across the floor in front of my foot. I\'m freaking out abt the roach, and my son is screaming that he is more worried about the wasp flying around the room. Bed coverings had unknown spots &stains. The bathroom floor had dried spots of only God knows what in front of the toilet, &omg the shower! My son, who really could care less, said the shower &curtain were so gross he refused to take a shower. It was nasty! Approx 30 mins in the room, we smell WEED! Upon checking out, the lobby door was locked down like Fort Knox which reaffirmed my fear of this area being unsafe. I knocked on the glass, but I saw no one near the office counter. I knocked harder, & I saw a woman who had been curled up on the lobby sofa/chair sound asleep that had jumped up from me knocking. She didn\'t even ask me about my stay or if I needed anything. All in all, this was among the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will make a point to NEVER rent from America\'s Best ever again! I left with inflamed sinuses from the smoke in my nonsmoking room.

Check in was okay to start. Get to our room and are immediately met in the parking lot by people living in their vehicles. Smoking non stop and always awake doing things to their cars. The room was not clean. A clump of hair on the bathroom wall was present, looked like a doo doo stain on the wall. My door didn’t seem to lock right. Curtain was burned so you could see in and out. The smell of weed is the air freshener of this hotel. The staff was polite, the pool was clean and decent other than the trash present on the ground. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed, I could have slept on a cardboard box. My son’s room has visible markings on the sheets when arrived but was told we couldn’t change them because housekeeping was already gone. The area was perfect. We walked to restaurants. It was close to everything. I shouldn’t gripe too much. The cost was minimal. All in all, work on getting rid of crackheads and clean better and they’d have a good hotel

Our desk receptionist was amazingly helpful & fun. TV remote batteries were dead-she promptly gave us new ones. One very disappointing factor… We booked our stay & an additional day because there was a pool. Only to be told that it was closed. It was 86• out!

It was amazing. The rooms are very clean and nice and they come clean them daily. Would recommend anyone to stay here and the pool was clean and nice.

We did not know in advance of no elevator but we're given a 1st floor room when we asked. Also no breakfast as advertised. The first two mornings we had coffee in room but the last day they did not leave coffee so we left that morning with no coffee and no breakfast.

The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled. I understand i get what i pay for but the bathroom was drastically dirty.

The sheets had yellow spots on them. Bugs on the floor. Not clean.

Room was not clean. Needed to mop the floors. Had blood spotson the floor. Shower would not drain. Beds were very uncomfortable. Noisy you could hear the people upstairs walking back and forth. You could hear the people next door.

2 1/2 hours after 3pm check in time. Walked into a room with dirty beds, nasty bathroom, pizza box on the floor, the refrigerator had left over beer and froze up upper freezer part. Dirty towels on the floor. Smelled of marijuana when you walked in. Also no longer offers free breakfast as advertised. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website.

When i had pulled up in my truck i had seen urine stained sheets hanging from the gaird rails of the second floor and there was a garbage bag leaking onto the first floor the rooms were dirty and there was rat feces on the floor around the bed and a white stain on the bed sheet and the remote for the tv did not have a cover on the back and they claim to have a iron and board i seen the board but not the iron and in the room next to me was banging on the wall the hair dryer had been clogged with dust and hair furniture was beaten up broken and scratched up the walls were chiped and the fire escape plan paper next to the door was torn off and the price of the hotel rooms is charging you for a 4 star room for a 1 star room i will never be using this company again

Roaches everywhere!

I only stayed one night. The room was a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ashtray. Blanket had multiple cigeratte burns, the sheets and pillow cases all had dark stains on them. I told desk clerk about it he stated that they would change the linens Monday.

ROACHES! This was my anniversary get away! It was trashy outside junk broke down vehicles out my door the neighbors to me I think live there with their kids and they order pizza thew empty boxes out the door dirty towels out the door. The ceiling above the shower was coming apart

The sheets were obviously never changed and dirty when I arrived, later in the night the german roaches came out. Couldnt even use the restroom without seeing them run across the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I do stay at this particular location often because it's affordable, the rooms are clean enough for a night or so and they at least have okay cable and HBO. The cable does lose signal frequently which gets aggravating if you're actually into watching. But my last day I forgot a pillow of my own and housekeeping and maintenance and management have no idea what happened to it and has given me the runaround for almost a week. Most of the time I can say that it's not that bad a place. The staff could care more even if it's a low budget motel.

It was very nice The four days We stayed there. The only thing I did not like is there’s no comfort or blankets on the bed. All it is is like two sheets and it only has three pillows for a king size bed. It’s really nice and I would definitely go back…. Just make sure you bring your own blankets.

The beds are hard as a rock. We could hear the guest next door opening and closing door. Dropping things on the floor.

All I felt like was a rotisserie chicken baking in this room! The ac ran but the compressor never kicked on. It was hot. Called the front desk and he said there were no more rooms. This morning upon check out I asked if we would be getting a refund or something for the ac she said sorry and walked away. Terrible service!

The hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was the bed was hard as a rock. Some people like that, we didn’t. But I would still highly recommend them, because aside from the bed it was a great time.

It’s great for the price and I got a 23 dollar discount for 3 nights using Expedia, I read some people say the bed is too hard, I prefer a firm bed, but the room was decent and clean but the pillows are too small, the blankets are way too thin, the tv is like 20 inches and the cable service looks to be at least 15 to 20 years old and the ac is a bit noises but it works really good, I had to turn it off in the middle of the night but for a 2 star hotel I honestly can’t complain.

At check in desk the Lady is very Rude & unprofessional. Very disappointed… I’ve never seen anything like this Both Rooms were Dirty Beer , Beer BoxEs 📦, Beer spilt all of the room , The whole room was HUGE NASTY MESS , USED condoms on the Floor , Every stair case had Needles or drugs it’s so SCARY, Mind you I have 2 daughters With me , I GET them safely back to the check-in desk to let her know I would not be staying there. She got very rude. I calledthe hotel.com. I told him I was scared for my life. They literally did nothing except basically make me be on the side of the road with two children after I’ve already been mistreated and a very nasty hotel for life they tell me that they cannot credit my room back for four days telling me I’m out here with two girls. Can I get my money or Another room very Terrible Experience while standing in the lobby, people are coming in at one point this one man was banging on the window so hard screaming he had been asking for towels for three days, Drugies Everywhere! NOT AT ALL WHAT SHE HAS THE PHOTOS ON ALL FALSE IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY OF THOSE PICTURES, very sketchy!! Full Hotel NO STAFF just her she was trying work the front with people, phone , rooms all over the place very clear she doesn’t want other knowing what he scam Goin through there Daily ..

My stay was wonderful. Friendly and honest staff. Everything was clean. Room was very nice. I recommend you stay here.

Love the staff , quite relaxing

When I checked in on Friday morning at 3:30 our room TV did not work. The ice box did not work the next morning. They moved us to a different room. I ended up leaving to go take care of business. Got called back that they needed to move us again. Because the shower wasn’t working and was leaking into the room on the first floor. Then when I asked to be accommodated for all the issues and troubles, they couldn’t help us. They put us in room 205 where it was actually beginning to feel like a nice room The next morning we spoke to the manager who still didn’t feel like they needed to accommodate us for all the troubles. I feel like my state was not all that great.

Older but clean and affordable. Friendly and accommodating staff. Not hotel’s fault, but someone had smoked in one of their non-smoking rooms. They apologized and immediately put me in another non-smoking room. I would definitely stay there again.

It was okay, the property doesn’t check into rooms to much because we had one lady next to us who had 3 kids and her and her husband which were 2 many for a room that’s made for 4 and then there was a guy beating his girl right outside in the parking lot and when I called the cops they said the hotel is known for it and didn’t do anything about it so if you’re looking for a hotel to commit a felony (don’t do it) in then this is probably the place to go cause cops don’t do 💩 and neither does the hotel. Other then that the rooms are decent and the housekeepers are nice and the same with the front desk staff

Overall stay was ok. It's more for long-term person's who need a place to rest their head like truck drivers, etc. Lots of dining options and walkable. Area is nice.

We drove into the parking lot and immediately knew this was not the place for us . We saw a lady shooting up in the parking lot . She had a needle sticking out of her arm. A couple sitting in there vehicle you could tell was high on something. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Saw several roaches. Room was clean enough, but deteriorating conditions such as sink faucet loose, bathroom door handle falling off. Advertised breakfast but no longer offer breakfast. America's Best is actually a far cry from being in that category.

Dated hotel. Smelled like marijuana outside and cigarettes in the room. The smoke alarm was going nuts, but staff was attentive to that. I am pretty sure the description said breakfast, but you get to lobby and it says they don’t offer any longer. You get what you pay for I guess. Nicer hotels in area but like $30-$50 more per night.
