Very Clean an Grest Staff

The outside of the hotel was full of trash which stayed there the 2 days that we were there. The rooms seemed clean enough, but my brother's room had a very uncomfortable bowed mattress and a partially stopped up bathroom sink. The tubs were too slick for older adults to stand in to shower, but staff gave us bathmats to put into the tub, which worked just fine.

First off we asked for ground level floor due to having a 4 yr old in a wheelchair and they put us on second floor with only one working elevator. I had asked 3 times before making reservations if pool was open and after bringing bathing suits, they were closed for 2 weeks! The housekeepers would not clean rooms and we couldn’t take a shower and the faucet stayed on all the time😤 . The fridge froze everything we put in it and couldn’t eat anything. The tv was broken ; top part of tv was blocked out😮. Our stay was for 4 days and when I spoke to the manager and Jeremy about situations and I only got the response of we’ll get back with you. My husband is from a huge family there and we will not be returning there! Also was told we have to pay $75 deposit to they as that was never brought up when making reservations. And when I did pay that , they said it would be refunded when we checked out. Only to find out we have to wait 5 to 7 days for our deposit. Never , ever again!!
