Hyatt Regency New Orleans

Hotel and location are very nice. The rooms are very nice as well. I'd like to see a bit more attention paid to having the rooms properly equipped. We were missing an iron and coffee pods (only decaf, which is a cruel joke). They happily brought them up, but we had to wait and had to call twice because they never came up.

We enjoyed our stay on this property immensely. It was amazingly clean and the views of the city were beautiful. Having several restaurants on the property as well as a Starbucks and Dave and Buster's was definitely a plus.

Staff would not allow me to do late check out. I asked twice on 2 different dates. But then when I went to check out at 11:20, they charged me $50 for late check out even though I left the room at 11:00 and it took me 20 minutes to catch the elevator and put my things in the car. They refunded me the money but still charged me $67 even though Hotels.com said it would only be an extra $58. Lastly, it was difficult at times catching the elevators as they were packed and the bathrooms are really small
