Travel Volleyball Tournament. Hotel was recently remodeled. Room was a lil small (could be cause we were at the end of the hall. The romm fidnt have a table/desk, we had to eat on the bed. Not a big deal for us. Check in/out was very easy. Clerk was very nice. We needed more towels and they gave us some with no problems. Prce is very good especially for the new remodeled hotel.Oh and the parking lot is very well lite up. Recommend staying there, that is our new place to stay.

Price is cheap, quality isn't. SmartTV, marble stand up shower , perfect bathroom lighting , COLDEST AC! Beds are so comfortable , no bed bugs, stains or burn holes on sheets ,etc. No smoking!!! Perfect. Charger outlets for fast charger and regular usb where Yu don't need a charger cube. Great closet space. Very spacious, comfortable, makes me feel like I'm home. hallways , staircase , lobby , parking lot - all SQUEAKY CLEAN! also, washer and dryer, 2 vending machines; 1 for snacks & 1 for drinks. In room u have Mini fridge with freezer , microwave , storage space for your items. Ice machine downstairs. The HOSPITALITY ?!!!! A billion/10. 100 stars! Morning front desk manager, so nice and respectful , has no issue accommodating your needs. Very welcoming and positive attitude no matter what day it is. afternoon & night staff ? Just the same. so respectful and genuine. You don't have to worry about anything happening to your belongings or your car, area is very safe and they have 24/7 all around cameras. Parking lot is ALWAYS clean , never see trash. Nobody lingering around outside to make you uncomfortable, NOTHING!! and to think it's all for 80/100$ a night ? It's beyond what you could ask for. I do not even leave reviews but I just had to!! Thank you , I'll definitely be returning !

Why 2 tv remotes? Confusing to some. No breakfast if any kind provided at this bare bones hotel with bare bones pricing. Bathrooms were very clean and looked to be recently renovated.

The hotel served our purpose. The parking lot was well lit. The room was convenient, clean, had a TV but no premium channels and the basic ESPN. The bed was a little on the soft side, bathroom had no body wash but we had our own. Other than that, it was an OK stay. Well stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was clean and quiet. This hotel has no extra amenities, no storage places. Especially in the bathroom, no toilet seat cover to put clothes on and very little bathroom sink space, had to get creative on how to store my clothes for changing into. No hair dryer or anything extra. It was clean and quiet, heard some people in the hallway and in the room above me but not too bad. The rooms were all recently renovated but we still have the old ac in the room, it worked ok not very cold but cool.

Affordable and safe

Hotel overall was semi decent. Was looking forward to using the pool that was listed, but it was covered with cement. Definitely bring your own blanket (all they give you is sheets.) the Ac cover in room was broken. Almost every towel i received had hair, stains, or even worn and was starting to string out? And the whole hotel smelled like smoke, and just proceeded to get worse. The cleaning to the room was the bare minimum, needed to be swept and wiped down.

Liked close proximity to Airport! Cudnt get my Uber app to pick me up at place 4am so got a Lyft. Dirty hallways smell dingy bc old carpet so all the yrs odors. Long term stays so people above me had kids running till almost 330am. Roaches. Full kitchen full size fridge so if u dont mind a bit ofnature in your hotel then by all means this is the spot. Derelict cars in parking lot. They make you sign a no party policy but i heard partying & loud music in parking lot. If you need a low budget & don't mind a few critters to track down then by alleans. Staff there friendly enuff?

Bathroom wasnt clean. Towels had stains on them. Sheets on the bed were dirty. There was aluminum foil over smoke alarm. The whole place smelled like Marijuana.

The sheets were very dirty and stained. The bad smell in the room and smoke burns on the sheets as well. We checked out right away and I hope my card was not charged.

Check was very quick and easy. The property is very clean. The tv in my room didn’t work and was missing the back off the remote. The guy from the front desk came up and said that the previous guest must have broke the tv but he would reach out to the owner to see about replacing it. They were completely booked so getting another room was not an option. The walls are very thin and with no tv I could hear absolutely EVERYTHING going on down the hall and in both rooms beside mine. The trim behind my bed actually hit the wall so hard 4 times around 3 am that it shook my bed. I asked the front desk when I checked out about partial refund and was told it probably couldn’t happen since I booked and paid on hotels.com but to call back and talk to the manager. If I could have drowned out the noise with the tv I could have easily given 5 stars. The ac was super cold and the hot water was plenty hot enough

Bed to sleep, excellent but moved around which is scary for seniors. No coffee mkr as mentioned in site; and floor was slippery and very damp to walk on for senior--kept shoes on every time when walking floor; no lamp in rm and other light too bright. Rm too cold upon arrival and was no available heat-- only air worked.

This hotel should really be avoided. While the rooms were “recently upgraded”, they were pretty terrible. The AC was rusted and moldy with a new cover over it. The floors were always damp. There were no decorations of any kind on the walls—just a big empty box. The room had no ironing board, iron, coffee maker, or telephone. The bed rolled away from the wall, so you couldn’t relax watching tv, which was difficult anyway as the tv screen was broken. The whole hallway smelled like pot from people smoking it. There was no breakfast in the morning in the room that had a big “Breakfast” sign. Only some terrible and cold coffee. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not enough towels and tv was broken

Our stay wasn’t horrible. The hotel clerk was very friendly. The floor in our room was very moist and muggy. The shower had hair in the bottom like it hadn’t been rinsed. Beds weren’t bad though.

When I initially checked in I went to the room and there was water all over the floor from the leaky air conditioner I had to call down to the front desk because there was no phone in the room to use and was told I could come and pick up a mop and clean it myself I was handed two towels I've had to bring them out all night long to keep the floor from being wet while I was walking the TV keeps going in and out there is no internet service at all to say the least for a new remodel Hotel this is very disappointing especially what I paid for it

Staff was polite. Rooms were clean & it looked like it was recently remodeled. Will definitely book again next time I’m in town.

Upon arrival your deck lady was very rude, had a not so friendly attitude did not feel welcome at all. Probably will not return. And more things there was only one face towels in the bath , please put two.

Fast friendly check in

The roof was peeling in the bathroom. The room stayed humid to an almost unbearable rate .... The staff was rude and nosy.

Service was terrible. The person that attended me had the worst attitude as soon as I got there, and she was even walking around the office with no shoes the most ghetto part of it, too the only good thing about this hotel was the remodeling of each room, but other than that service was terrible it smelled like a cheap hotel, so I will never go back

Friendly staff

Got in to check guy working the front desk had an attitude barely even spoke to me, still checked in and my room was hot, ac was broken and have pictures and videos of it, I told the guy in front desk about the situation he said he couldn’t fix it and said i could get a fan, how are you going to have rooms “available” if they’re not in working conditions? I asked for a refund and he said to call next day and speak with a manager, I didn’t stay there and had to book somewhere else late at night, last time I book through hotels

I booked online and an emergency came up where I could not make the trip. Hotels.com reached out to the hotel that I had a reservation and they couldn't even give me a room credit.

Guests in room near us started fighting and slamming doors and screaming in the middle of the night! Meanwhile the front desk worker was asleep and didn’t answer the phone.

They had a bullet hole in a room window as you walked in to check in. The girl at front desk was rude. The 2nd room we tried to move to the ENTIRE floor smelled the weed. It was unbearable. We stayed inside the entire building no more than 5 minutes total.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick..The location of the hotel is close to shopping and entertainment

Walk to Wendys next door. Could walk to the mall if you wanted to. Eating places close by.

Clean room and cheap price good for a casino stay.

After seeing other reviews that said the hotel was fine and had been remodeled I decided to give this hotel a shot considering the cost. When we arrived I was instantly unnerved that the hotel staff was behind bulletproof glass. We checked in anyway and as we were getting off the elevator that smelled like weed, we noticed the smell was coming from a man in the hallway smoking. We walked to our room, shut the door and booked a room at a different hotel. The curtains were falling down, there was a light switch with no cover and blood stains on the bed. We left because our safety is more important than saving a few bucks. Do not stay here.

The hotel was full Marijuana smell and another guest in the elevator was so high he couldn’t walk straight and made me feel very unsafe he was too close for comfort, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Checkout online said 12 pm & it was actually 11 am. Also online where I booked said there would be breakfast but only had coffee. Also said there were free shuttle rides & weren’t

You advertised a free breakfast but when we came down for breakfast, we were told that coffee was breakfast! False advertising! Not good.

We stayed by the front office and you could hear people upstairs, you could hear the people in the lobby Before 11:00 they were already trying to come in the room to clean No coffee in the morning.

The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast start hour was provided but, the ending time was unknown. Also, there was no bedside lamp of any kind. The mini fridge and in-room microwave was a welcome convenience.
