O hotel fica extremamente bem localizado. Além disso tem uma aparência muito interessante, pois se trata de uma casa histórica. O quarto oferta algum conforto e bom sonos, mas é algo bem simples. A recepção fica fechada e tivemos que esperar uma pessoa chegar para nos atender. Isso poderia ser revisto.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The place is colorful and cute. Great location: 15 minutes walk to the french market, safe and friendly street. We cannot hear the neighbors which is great. However the room strongly smelt of cigarette during the entire stay. None of us smoke so it might be from the neighbors but we had to live and wake up in it which is not great. Small basic accommodation, not ideal for big people, because there is hardly any room to walk around the bed and a very small bath/shower. Not ideal for families. The floor is not straight - it happens a lot in old buildings - but the exterior deck is surely in need of renovation - it felt it could collapse at any time. Holes in the walls and ceiling filed by diy jobs, The parking is not free even though the description in hotels.com says the parking is included... it's actually street parking so just like every other hotel otherwise you have to pay $20 a day. All this would be completely ok if the price per night was no more than $100. Would I go back? I dont know. But not at that price.

Hotellet låg bra till i förhållande till French quarters, området kändes ganska lugnt. Man får som regel det man betalar för och hotellet var billigt. Men hade förväntat mig att det fanns fönster i rummet som inte var igenbommade och att dörren ut till balkongen kunde låsas. Det drog ner betyget. Vi hade bokat två nätter men valde faktiskt att flytta till ett annat hotell på grund av detta.

This place is old and rundown. They are not doing any type of maintenance on it. The AC equipment is not being maintained. The floors were filthy. The bathtub was filthy. The shower curtains were not hanging up but by a few shower curtain hooks. I spent four hours scrubbing my floor and my bathtub because they were filthy. It took two hours of cleaning the floor before the water ran somewhat clean out of the towel I was using. They do not man the front desk. I lost my key and needed to get in because I am diabetic and was having an insulin issue. There was nobody at the front desk. There was a note posted to call a number. I called the number and the person that answered was very, very irritated that I bothered him and proceeded to chastise me in a very loud voice about calling them when they just got off work. I told them I was calling the number posted and that that was their procedure not mine, and the person got angrier. I demanded that somebody come and let me in and instead they texted me another number to call and I called and that person came in was very helpful. If I would have been in crisis, it would’ve been bad. My AC broke and they had no clean rooms to put me in even after about a third of the rooms had been vacated that morning. The only option was for me to sleep in the second bed in a room that had been used and the room was filthy towels were dirty.. Don’t stay here.
