Place D'Armes Hotel

Everything was great, with the exception of the very large narrow 2 steps into our room. No handrail or bar. It made for some of our group to need extra help to get in and our. Location was perfect. Everyone went out of their way to be kind and friendly and very helpful!! We will stay there again!!!

My go to hotel for every stay in NOLA. Staff is outstanding, rooms are just right and cannot beat the location right near all MOLA has to offer. Great service, quiet even though you are steps from Franklin Square. Perfectly relaxing. Seriously would not know you’re in the heart of it all while being steps away from all that is New Orleans.

The carpet in the Jr Suite needs to be deep cleaned, way past time to do this. Other than that, it was fine.

our room 222 was amazing and wonderful, the walk in shower was great after a long day walking not to have to climb over a tub. It was just beautiful!! the only problem was the very big steps (2) to get in and out of the room they were very narrow. No handrails or grab bars. It was hard for us older folks to get in and out without having help. Staff was the best, rooms were clean everyday and perfect. Parking was amazing and nice to know no one could get to our car. All around wonderful Happy and fantastic trip!!

My room was dark. Room 503 has no windows. There were no overhead lights in the ceiling - just lamps with dull lighting. The air conditioner was the nosiest I have ever experienced making it difficult to sleep. No water given or available at hotel. Maybe this is normal for hotels in the French Quarter. The location was excellent in the French Quarter.
