Hotel Le Marais

The Hotel was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff Lola didn't seem to know how to do her job properly was very rude to our party of 16 at check in!!!! Lola even asked my friend what was she looking at her for!!!!! The elevator keep going out the entire time and thiswas frustrating being we were placed on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor. Overall it was a vibe especially Frank the bartender. Mr Howard was very nice to us as well. Please provide Lola with more training at the front desk. Location was perfect!!! I would most definitely stay here again.

It was nice but I am disabled I walk with a cane i paid cash weeks before and I had to wait for my room on the 5th floor the elevator was out and on the 5th floor so i couldn't go down till the next day no apology or letting me know the elevator was working again I was a little bit disappointed the workers that cleaned the rooms and hotel did a great job very clean and nice thank you all for that I think they should offer me something for me being stuck in my room I ask to change rooms floors they said no .

There is no bar but it's plenty when you walk outside

Everything was very nice. No problems with the air conditioning. Pierre was amazing! The other staff was very nice but didn’t catch names. Pierre worked most of the days we were there. Super friendly, engaging and helpful. Great smile! Didn’t use the bar. Pool was nice, comfy area.

Allowed early check in, room was cleaned every day, walking distance to everything.
