It all started when we got to the hotel. They told us that we were at that hotel and we had to go park somewhere else. Had to go get a Manager then they figured out we were staying there. They backed our truck up into a cement wall, our truck wouldn’t start when we went to go leave. They knew the day before that I wouldn’t start and they didn’t even let us know.

Property was pretty clean. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing with my room. Had a great view of the bridge and warehouse area.

Our room was so beautiful but unfortunately we had no hot water. They turned the boilers off the night before according to the maintenance man, which led to us taking cild/lukewarm showers the next morning. We were not notified ahead of time, we had this beautiful luxurious bathroom that we couldn't get a decent shower in. We told the front desk and they said they were going to comp our room, but we had to call Expedia for the refund. So we called Expedia who put us on hold so they could call the hotel and verify. Expedia claimed no one would answer the phone at the front desk and no one responded to their emails they sent as well. Expedia told us they'd be in contact with us but that was also a lie. All in all a very great hotel, just make sure to ask the front desk for hot water for your bathroom...

Nice room, good price. Great casino. Really well laid out. Only minor issue I had was the food quality at one of the new restaurants.
