Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Shreveport - Downtown by IHG

The breakfast was above average. I highly impressed with the continental breakfast. They offer chicken sausage, fresh biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Areas of growth. We required an accessible room. The shower head has to be repaired, that was done immediately. The accessible window shade and curtain was broken. The curtain and shade remained down causing the room to be extremely dark with only low light lamps in the room. The door didn't lock completely and looked like the lock had been tampered with in the past. And a dirty washcloth was left behind the door.

Nice stay.Great location. Festival plaza right across the street....very convenient.

Great hotel I have no complaints from my stay! I loved everything! Only thing is make sure you are 21+ for check in or you will be wasting your money!

The room was fine. I dropped an earring on the floor and getting down to look for it, I realized it wasn’t so clean up close…..

The woman at the front desk was delightful so friendly and help make such a difference when someone is so helpful she deserves a big raise
