We had a lovely one night stay. The self parking was easy. Check-in went well-we had arrived early and our room was ready. The Deluxe tower room was comfortable and well appointed. We had a pull out sofa that we had made up for our adult daughter. Loved the Diptyque products. The waterfront location was perfect for a July visit. So close to everything. We will be back!

Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. Only negative mark was their pool was down and we didnt get a notification saying it was down. If we would have known we would of booked somewhere else. They did offer the hotel down the streets pool.

We had the best time staying at this hotel over the weekend. The location was perfect for walking around, exploring and grabbing a bite/drink. The amenities were top-notch - we really enjoyed the gym/steam room/sauna as well as the golf simulator. Housekeeping was very attentive and our room was always so clean. Will need to come back once the renovation on the pool is done!

By far, the BEST customer service of any hotel we have ever stayed in. From the bellmen to housekeeping, the staff at the Dark Bar, the front desk personnel, everyone we came in contact with at this hotel was so helpful, professional and kind. The Staff at the Boston Harbor Hotel do it right. Not to mention how clean and just beautiful this hotel is. Worth every penny.

By far, the BEST customer service of any hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible. Each day as we would come and go the staff welcomed us and asked about our day. Staff made sure we had everything we needed and were eager to serve us. Rooms were nice and very clean. Beds were also very comfortable . Turn down service each night .

Room was in ok condition, found long hairs in the shower. Some of the towel hangers were broken along with the toilet paper hanger. Not what you would expect for the room price. As a Gold member we were not upgraded, we were told there were no rooms available but looking online there was plenty. Overall the staff was very friendly.

The Boston Harbor hotel is in a fun, lively area with nice views of the harbor with plenty of dining and activity options within walking distance. There was live music on the water right outside of the hotel in the evening which was nice to watch while also watching the many ships in the harbor. The room was nice and quiet and my only complaint is that you cannot use the refrigerator in the room. There is one in the room that is used for the old school practice of having items available for purchase, so there is not an inch of space for personal use.

Hotel was very nice, you can't beat the location on the wharf. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable (bathroom was a little outdated with bathtub and curtain instead of walk-in), but still quite nice. The lobby area is beautiful and the staff are fantastic.

It’s a beautiful property right on the bay. The one downfall for my husband and I were the pillows. It was like sleeping on a sock. We are back home and our necks still hurt.

Room size was misleading as lots of the sq footage was taken up by hall area. Beds were super comfy and service was excellent. Will be improved when new health and pool facilities are open as you would expect these in 5 star property. Would recommend the hotel to others. Our air con broke on first day and they were very efficient at fixing but was a bit temperamental for the rest of the 4 night stay

Nice clean property. Check in was not friendly especially giving any information about the property amenities. Would not have taken long for receptionist to spend some time on checking in. Seemed rushed but there was no one behind us waiting and another at front desk. Rooms on Harbour side not so quiet especially in am with boat horns going off. Would choose city side.

We had a room with an ocean/harbor view but at first it was a view of a large building in front of the harbor...the room was nice though...we asked to be moved and they moved us to a room with a much better view but the room was not as nice...two outlets not working, one lamp not working, neither TV HDMI input was working for connecting a roku device and some of the furniture was damaged. While the bathroom was clean the floor, especially in the corners was not....the first room was much better but the view was much worse....trade off's I guess...

This was probably all around the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible. They would know I needed something before I even had a chance to ask. The staff was super friendly and incredible accommodating. The location could not have been better. All the downtown and North End attractions were within easy walking distance. If we ever return to Boston, we will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience at this hotel. I can only assume we were given the worst room because we booked through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel, although we paid for 5 nights. Asked for a room change immediately and we're denied due to the hotel being full. Paid for a harbor view but were given a very obstructed view. After sleeping 3 nights in the dilapidated bed, the manager finally moved us but not without much pain and stress! Would not return. ***Update-Called and spoke with Steve Johnson, Operational Manager.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived after 4pm but the front desk was quick to resolve the issue for us! The hostess at the grill restaurant wasn't pleasant at all but luckily the other staff made up for it!

Location is excellent right in the middle of what we wanted to see and do. Sunset cruise great lobster and beautiful views. This is a truly 5 star hotel! Very highly recommend!

The service was perfection! We were truly treated like a valued guest and it was awesome. The location was ideal for us too. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and we able to walk all over the city from there. Great spot!

The location of the property is perfect! You have access to so many things within walking distance and great views. The staff is just incredible as well! If you’re staying in Boston I definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were excellent and cleaned to a very high standard. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each day and the staff were amazing as was the food. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed and room were very comfortable with a lovely view. The gym was fabulous. The restaurant has a very limited menu with few to none green simple salad option or vegetables-all the meals we chose were well prepared with good service but pricey.

The hotel was clean and the room was beautiful with a great view of the harbor. The area surrounding the hotel is walkable and very nice. The restaurant breakfast options are very limited, if I return here, I will eat elsewhere.

I love the Boston Harbor Hotel, it never disappoints. My husband and I stay here often, sometimes bringing our kids. Everyone is kind and helpful. The breakfast is the best along with the restaurant staff.

The views to the harbor were beautiful! The large windows are amazing to enjoy the view in the room. The service was excellent! Great attention to small details!! Just need to improve their menu for better food options for vegetarians/vegans. Other than that, I look forward to returning!

My experience was ruined by a two and a half hr wait beyond the declared 3 pm check in. A free drink at the bar and apologies don’t cut it. 3 pm check in means 3 pm check in especially when one is paying way over one thousand dollars for a room.

From the moment I checked in with Natalie, our 4 days were superb! Natalie was so friendly and explained the property and amenities (our first time there). Even though I researched the property, and am originally from close to Boston, it was the 4th of July weekend, and there was Sooo much going on. Head concierge Nathan provided lots of tips about the best places to see certain events. So helpful. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. I miss the days of the shower cap, sewing kit, slippers, robes, etc. and they provided all that. The bed was extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff wonderful. We go to Boston a few times a year and will be looking forward to returning here. Fabulous location!
