The property & staff are excellent. The gym is not your typical hotel gym. Great location.

Nice stay! Did not hear any noise. Had a few problems exiting & reentering the parking garage. The prepaid tickets were not working properly.

My family was traveling for a short weekend stay the The Seaport Hotel and it was probably one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. The staff was lovely, even gave my child a little package (coloring books. stickers, crayons) once we checked in. Everything was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and room was sound proof! We even got to use their indoor pool and it was heated!

My recent stay at the Boston Seaport Hotel was an absolute pleasure, and I can confidently say it's an overall great hotel. From its convenient location to its impressive amenities, the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features was undoubtedly the gym. As someone who values fitness on the road, I was genuinely impressed. It boasted an exceptional array of equipment – truly the best I've encountered in a hotel gym – and the added bonus of a well-maintained indoor pool made for a fantastic workout experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just steps away from a Silver Line stop made navigating Boston a breeze, offering easy access to various parts of the city without the need for a car or extensive walking. Beyond the practicalities, the Boston Seaport Hotel shines in its fundamental offerings. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm greeting or assistance when needed. This, combined with the beautiful ambiance throughout the hotel, contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. Having a restaurant on-site was also a great convenience, offering a pleasant dining option without having to venture far. In summary, the Boston Seaport Hotel delivers on all fronts: excellent facilities, a prime location, and a commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Blown away by this hotel. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms and an excellent location. Can’t wait to return.

We own a cleaning company there was toothpaste on the mirror areas of toilet had spots and build up. Shower needed a deep clean. The rest of the room was clean - bottom sheet had a stain. Suggest throwing out if you can’t get stains out of sheets.

The Seaport Hotel is a beautiful upscale property along the water in Boston. Wonderfully walkable to shops, many dining options and music venues. Even a few small parks nearby. The staff is warm and helpful. The room was very spacious for a city hotel room. In room safe and fridge, robes and really nice toiletries. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was spotless. We hope to visit again when in Boston.

The room was very small. We had only one person at a time could pass by and we booked a room for four people. The pillowcases had stains on them. The sheet had a black stain on it. The chairs were dirty and there was even something moldy under it when we moved the chair over. The lights didn’t even work by the beds and the phone charger on the nightstand didn’t work. Staff was nice. The room was disgusting especially for the price.

We had an amazing stay!! We experienced very friendly and accommodating interactions with all staff and the room and hotel overall were tremendously clean and comfortable.

Rooms are very clean

It was a lovely facility and not too big. Very clean and quiet. Even though many events were occurring in the hotel, it never felt crowded or loud. It is right off the silver line from the airport so there’s free transportation to the hotel.

Room could of been cleaner. Hair in shower. Front of Bar where coffer machine is needed to be cleaned

Rooms were clean and quiet from outside noise. We had an issue with our tv and they immediately sent someone up to fix it. Food options were great with a variety of options to choose from.The staff was helpful with our questions. Complimentary bottled water was definitely a plus.

The hotel was nice, clean and overall pleasant. My observations are the rooms are small and pricey for what you get despite the area it's located. Staff ranged from very friendly/helpful to cool professional.

Very comfortable bed, nice restaurant, great fitness space/pool/steam room and great location! We had an issue with our room AC one of the nights, but they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend this property!

Small rooms

The property and staff was great. Unfortunately our room had a door that could be used for family getting more than one room and we could hear the people next door that were very unpleasant and very loud very late at night

We arrived early as we had done previously at the same hotel. The last time, we were given the option to take a less favorable room as our room type was not ready. This time, not only were we not offered any chance to check in early, but the front desk agent was surprisingly rude when I questioned why we were weren’t and why friends that arrived after we did were checked in right away to the same room type that we booked. I was puzzled when she explained that we were slated for a specific room (that was not ready) instead of the first available room. That makes no sense to me.

Jackie at the registration desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She recognized me from a previous stay and welcomed me back! In addition, housekeeping staff, food and beverage were very good.

Excellent hotel - best place we stayed on our trip. Staff great and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Despite a check in time of 3:00 pm, we were not able to get a room until about 5:00 pm and had to prepare for our evening commitment in the health club. No credit was offered.

Great location and awesome staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly especially Arron at the front desk!

Housekeeping didn’t refresh the room and we stayed 2 nights we didn’t like that we ran out of tissues and face cloths.

Excellent service from moment you walk into hotel. Reception was over excellent even checking in . Had an issue with tv and repairman was there within minutes and was excellent .

Gigi checked us in and also checked us out. She was amazing and super accommodating. 100% going back.

There’s absolutely no one better than their front desk staff . Jackie and Aaron truly made the visit with my son the best . There’s a reason i only stay at the seaport hotel

Nice hotel in a good walkable location. Unlike previous reviews, we do not consider this location walkable to the cruise port. It was 25 minutes on a nice day without luggage. Too far with luggage. The hotel was comfortable and close to nice views, restaurants, and shopping. There was no free coffee- only the cafe which opened at 6am. Would probably not stay here again but ONLY because of the price.

Great location, close to airport

We arrived from the west coast on a red eye flight at 9:00 AM and they had a room available. How wonderful! We were able to check in and take a nap. Our room was lovely. Very comfy bed and great location. We walked everywhere in the Marina district. This hotel is close to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend this hotel.

Classic business oriented hotel in a nice Seaport area with walkable distance to restaurants, downtown Boston.

It was quiet and clean and in walkable distance to the Boston Conference centre

Although the hotel is located in a lovely area by the harbour side, I did feel it was quite far from a lot of the main places to visit. I enjoy walking but I had to use public transport a lot of the time because the places I wished to visit were quite a trek on foot.

The hotel staff were very friendly. It is well located in the seaport. There is lots to do around the area. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Prompt and friendly customer service. Wonderful views of Boston. Great location for getting around. 10 minutes from Logon airport (4am taxi ride straight to E terminal)

Great hotel, location is perfect

The hotel is nice but nothing special. The restaurant for breakfast was awful. Definitely avoid and save your money. The food was horrible and the price was excessive.

My room was incredible and I was greeted with a super smile. We had breakfast the next day in house and that was excellent too.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was ready 3 hours early which was a plus. Great location in the seaport. 12 minute uber to beacon hill/ the northend. Room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable! The hotel has a nice bar and the in room dining breakfast was pretty solid as well. The main lobby has a classy feel to it as well. Great value for the price, it was a very expensive weekend for travel and this hotel was a great deal compared to lesser quality hotels in way less desirable locations which were priced the same.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient area. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We ate dinner at Tamo and enjoyed our meal.

The service was above and beyond. The pool was great. The weekend brunch uncommonly good.

I enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet Selection while wife enjoyed the menu selection. Overall very nice hotel.

Fantastic hotel exclamation close to a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Did not need to take an Uber. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Great restaurant in the hotel to eat breakfast or dinner and there were other options for places to eat within the hotel as well

Convenient parking, but very pricy even when self parking. Staff friendly for the most part, but could be hit or miss at times. Love that they offered my toddler a little welcome bag. They were definitely short staffed at the front desk at times. Breakfast buffet was amazing but also pricey. Overall a good hotel and a great trip.

Great location, easy to get to from the airport on the silver line with lots of dining options. Staff friendly and helpful. Would not recommend the breakfast - there are better options locally.
