From check in to departure it was easy. Clean property. My only complaint is the sofa bed was so squeaky it woke me up every time I rolled over. Pool was decent, breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience. We specifically booked for the advertised indoor pool. Upon arrival we learned that it is undergoing renovations and was not accessible. This was not advertised or noted during booking. We were essentially told, “oh well”. Very frustrating as this was our main reason for choosing this hotel as opposed to others in the area. The rooms are well equipped.

My husband was medivac’d to nearby Faulkner hospital. We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool advertised on its website. Our granddaughters were going r swim but we learned after checking in that the pool was closed for repair or renovation, despite even the room tv showing it as open. The rooms are fine, minimally supplied though and breakfast was on par for this level hotel. The hallways are elevator are dreary.

The room was not cleaned to the standard we've come to expect in Marriott properties. The breakfast room staff were very accommodating and did an outstanding job of keeping items replenished and assisting guests. The pool and hot tub were out of order during our stay. Tiles were falling off the fireplace hearth. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful but at checkout the clerk could not provide us a paper copy of mystatement. We won't be staying here again.

We asked the front desk for sheets on the pull out couch. Had to pick it up from the desk ourselves and make the bed ourselves. The pool was disgusting. I put pictures on here to show people the condition of the pool.

Hotel could use a lot of work. Very disappointed the pool has been out of service for 6 months and no mention of it in welcome emails or on the website. Only reason for booking at this hotel was the pool.

Overall, my room was great for the price. Having kitchenette was a plus. This hotel is conveniently located off I-95. There are 2 things that made my stay less pleasant: very thin walls and 2 cockroaches that “greeted” me in the morning.

My bed and room has bugs with pinchers in it, hair on the floor, hair on the mirror, hair on the vanity, bottle caps on the side of the bed, change on the carpet, towels rolled up along the window, and dust bunnies in corners. Dirtiest place I have ever had to stay in. Manager on duty not authorized to refund me or cover a room at a nearby hotel. Worst hotel I have stayed in around Massachusetts. Avoid this dirty hotel.

Pool was “under construction” which was a big reason for booking this hotel. Then the pull out sofa bed had mouse droppings in it, which is especially upsetting as that’s where my children would have been sleeping. Instead I had to give them the bed and my wife and I ended up on the sofa bed. Traffic from the highway was much louder than I expected as well. It was a large spacious room though and the hotel itself is close by things.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was hair all over the floor, the shower curtain was stained and there was a slight mildew smell. The freezer/fridge did not work.This was very disappointing for the price we paid to stay for 1 night.

Professional, friendly, helpful staff, especially Zorica, the breakfast hostess. Comfortable bed, the sofa not so much. We had a few minor issues in the room that were resolved quickly. AC was very loud, but we were certainly glad to have it with 90+ degree temperatures! The proximity to Legacy Place, with lots of shops/restaurants (including a Whole Foods) within walking distance is definitely a plus! There’s also a Costco nearby. This was our 2nd extended stay at this property and we would recommend it to others.

We reached out over 3 weeks before a booking to either reschedule or cancel in order to better accommodate our customer. The woman who answered the phone sounded confused and annoyed that someone could ever want to do that and said we would have to go through our booking site. When we did go through our booking site, all they did was reach out to the hotel on our behalf. Then the hospital took nearly 2 full days to finally respond with the sentiment “No, we’ll be keeping your money whether you show up or not.” I will travel to the Boston area for about a week each year, and I will never consider this hotel again.

We had gotten in late at night and were the last ones to check in for the night. The only room left was on the ground floor just down from the mechanical room, as well as where staff meets on a daily basis. Granted, we did get a late check out which we were very grateful for. However, the staff being just doors down were so extremely loud. I completely understand to be able to talk with your coworkers, but loud laughing, yelling down the hall to each other with no respect that some are trying to sleep is very unprofessional. After not getting in until almost 2 AM, the staff in the morning at 8:30 AM, were chatting it up as if there is not a soul staying on the floor. Very taken back and very unprofessional. Even a manager walked down that hall and was very loud. It is very safe to say that due to how staff handled themselves being as loud as they were, we will not recommend anyone stay at this hotel on the ground floor. Staying on another floor would be the only way to go.

The property overall is fine, location is very function for most is MA. However! They absolutely destroyed my payment card during the stay. It was for 10 days and the amount of times they charged me and refunded me again and again was super disruptive and never explained to me. So if you stay here make sure you pay in full otherwise they will take at least 2k more from your card only to give it back who knows when. Not a comfortable way to spend one’s holiday. If you have another choice choose the other place.

Professional, friendly, helpful staff, especially Zorica, the breakfast hostess. Comfortable bed, the sofa not so much. We had a few minor issues in the room that were resolved quickly. AC was very loud, but we were certainly glad to have it with 90+ degree temperatures! The proximity to Legacy Place, with lots of shops/restaurants (including a Whole Foods) within walking distance is definitely a plus! There’s also a Costco nearby. This was our 2nd extended stay at this property and we would recommend it to others.

The Breakfast rep was very polite and helpful, she made good waffles and made sure we had knowledge of what was available. The check-in rep Enga was very nice and explained all the details about check-in & check-out including the services provided.

The suite is great, but I wish there were a less expensive option for just a room as it's only me staying for a night's sleep. Breakfast presents very nicely, but the quality of the food is not good. I'm sure many don't care as it's "free" but it's just low quality food.

Arrived and given a free bottle of water and a snack. Front desk was friendly and pointed out amenties, pool, gym, etc. I had a clean room on an upper floor and was not disturbed. I had to leave very early and breakfast was hot and fresh at 6:30am. I really appreciate the stay!

This property met our expectations, starting from staffs, cleanness, great breakfast with a lot healthy options(some vegan and gluten-free), peaceful, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Awesome experience and great for family.

We booked a room for four people. Two of us slept in the double bed, while the other two ended up sleeping on the floor because it was actually more comfortable than the sofa bed provided. Unfortunately, the “sofa bed” was essentially an old fold-out camp bed hidden inside the sofa. It was so worn out and uncomfortable that sleeping on the floor was genuinely a better option. The mattress was extremely thin, to the point where you could feel the metal frame underneath, and it sagged badly in the middle. The next day, I went to reception to explain the situation and ask if they could offer any solution. At first, I was told that there was nothing they could do, even though they admitted that they were already aware of the problem. After about 10 minutes of discussion, they told me they would bring an extra mattress to the room, which might at least make the bed more comfortable. That extra mattress never arrived. There were several other issues during our stay, but this was by far the most unacceptable one. We booked and paid for a room for four people, yet two of us ended up having to sleep on the floor because the sleeping arrangement provided was in such poor condition.

Things I didn’t like were that the room had window units for ac, the windows were really dirty, the glassware all smudgy, the carpet linty, and there’s no daily room tidy up (only clean towels dropped off every other day, no making of beds, no resupplying coffee pods etc), and the pool hours were not as stated. The breakfast was adequate.

We were originally booked for a single room with a queen and sofa sleeper and were able to switch to a double suite with a kitchenette for 5 nights. The property is conveniently located between Boston and Foxborough, also close to shopping and restaurants in Dedham. The only downside - daily parking fees to a 3rd party vendor, not expensive and we were able to charge to our hotel room. Otherwise, there is a QR code to pay.
