The women at the front desk messed up our registration and check in so bad. Not to mention I had to go to the front desk 3 different times because the hotel keys didn’t work idk if I would ever come back here

We stayed here back in April and was happy to leave 4 stars. However, this past experience was terrible. My kids begged to go back, and I doubt they’ll be asking to go again. The resort fee of $50 is ridiculous, if they are going to try and call themselves a resort they need to do more, starting with training the staff in hospitality. Most seem miserable to be there and the vibe is just weird. The main reason for going was the waterpark and both days it was unusable in my opinion. The first day the outside temperature was ok, but the water was freezing. The kiddie area was unbearably cold. Kids were shivering and purple lips were everywhere. The wave pool was unbearably hot on the other hand. Going from the wave pool heat to the freezing temp of the lazy river gave me a migraine and my kids wanted to leave after only an hour. The next day, it felt like the AC was blasting. I saw life guards in long sleeve shirts. My daughters lips turned purple and she actually looked unwell from being so cold. My son tried to tough it out but was walking around shaking from the cold before asking to leave after again, only an hour. The lifeguards don’t pay attention and when they are paying attention they’re usually screaming at people and giving attitude. It’s again, a weird vibe. When we left the water park my kids were wrapped freezing in the towels and they had us give them back right there, despite us being hotel guests so the kids could freeze and drip water all the way to their room.

The staff could have been more informative during check in. They ran out of maps and didn't tell us about activities, the pool, the waterpark, the shuttle etc... We did find everything on our own and the grounds/room were awesome but some staff could not answer our questions. We did receive texts about activities at night- which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Came here just for a small overnight for my Daughter. She loves an indoor water park. Check in was quick, easy and informative. Greeted nicely. Room was very clean and well decorated. Felt like I was not on the Cape. Water park is small but fun for kids. Lifeguards were all friendly and attentive. Got a few apps at the restaurant and our server Dan was great and Aaliyah was very helpful.

Overall a great place to stay, it’s beautiful! We enjoyed very much. Music every night, Bed super comfortable! The fire pit and s'mores every night a nice touch! Staff friendly and helpful! Love the daily texts of all the activities and general info provided! Would definitely stay again! Expensive but worth it!

Overall the property is beautiful. Although we had an enjoyable time, it appears that the staff was not prepared for school vacation week. I was misinformed of the opening time of the water park. When I called, I was told 1pm but it actually opened at 10am. Upon arrival it was quite busy (which I anticipated given it was school vacation week) but would have liked going earlier if I was advised properly. We waited over an hour for towels in the water park. While dining at the Landshark, a server never came over to us (waited about 20 mins for someone to check in) my husband eventually asked who our server was, then a manager came over to take our order. Our hotel room also had a dirty shirt under the bed. While the resort is beautiful, it is pricey especially if not receiving exceptional service.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The resort was very clean. The landscaping outside was done beautifully. The water park was a great size for my 9 year old who is not the greatest swimmer. The game room being open 24 hours was awesome! The only area of improvement is breakfast. I do wish the restaurant was open for "cook to order" breakfasts. When I got there I was a hour early check in they said they would do a pre check in then come back at 4. When back at 4 there was a huge line I had to stand in. When u got up they gave me a key and nothing else didn’t tell me anything till I asked where the room was. Then they said I would be charged 98.88 but I would get some back at checkout.We then got in room changed and went down to water park to find out tickets were separate not sure why no one told me this at pre check in. After buying tickets we went in and spent the whole time there. By the time we got up to room it was 8:20 there was no WiFi password in room and no info on food so I tried to call down and phone didn’t work so I called on my cell but no one answered good thing I had food packed for my kids. Next day I went down and checked out oh and went to water park with my kids. At check out they gave me nothing just took door key. I was charged the 98.88 never got anything back at check out. Then I was charged another 34.99 few days later. I have emailed twice and called a few times and have got no one. On top of it they had one extra thing for kids outside of water park cape codder had many little things. It was also December 22-23 and not one Christmas decoration was in the building or Christmas activities. They had advertise a Santa was at the waterpark when it was closed on Facebook, but why didn’t he come during I have gone the cape codder many times but I will say at this point this may be my last.
