The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

There were ants in the room. Had breakfast at the hotel's cafe--one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had!

Everything was good. I did not use any amenities.

Needed a quick overnight place and this was perfect.

When I got there, the room I had booked was potentially going to be swapped out for room with no bathtub! She said my room “came with a shower only” but I showed her the reservation, which was clearly otherwise. I ended up getting the bathtub, fortunately, however, there was no hot water in the building as it turns out! There were also several hairs in the bathtub and some flakes of poop at the bottom of the toilet that I had to flush away. Not my favorite experience to be told. The breakfast was amazing. Decor is very creative. Bed was comfortable.
