This property was conveniently right off the highway and very clean with a comfy bed and huge flat screen TV. Its a busy place but they had a parking lot and parking garage so plenty of free parking to choose from. The mini fridge kept all our stuff cold and was pretty spacious! Overall great stay for a quick overnight!

Even though the hotel is right on a major highway with traffic whizzing by, there are actually lovely views of a lake and nature. I did have a little trouble finding a parking place when I got back around 10 PM

Great room that was spacious and loaded with options for the sofa bed. Pool was operational but we did not use it for our night stay. Bathroom had a real door, great shower! Lots of free free parking in the lot. No complaints!

We stayed here due to the proximity to Lexington and Concord for the 250th celebration. Check in was super easy around 4:45pm. We went out to dinner and came back around 8pm. We were only there for 7 hours total before needing to be up and out by 3am to get to Lexington for the battle reenactment. It was a great place to sleep, get a shower, and grab a quick drink downstairs at the bar. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, even when checking out at 3am. We would stay here again when coming up to the area to visit.

The property was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was some of the reception staff was not very friendly. The staff that checked me in was very helpful. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, took care of a few things and missed others, there were ants in the room.

I liked that we could walk to a few restaurants close to this hotel for meals and the price was pretty reasonable. There are not many extras here, though. To access wifi you have to be a member. The channel selection on the TV was basic and there wasn’t complimentary coffee in the lobby like most places. I felt that it wasn’t very special or inviting.

Having a second floor room directly above the trash dumpsters on the day they are removed at 5:30 am was not exactly what I had in mind for a wake up call. While not dirty, the entire property needs a refresh. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

I reserved a room with a couch and fold out bed. Although my room was fine, there was only a chair and the bed. No couch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Top notch. The restaurant menu was VERY limited, and nothing appealed to us, so we ordered Uber Eats for dinner. Side note: I am an avid coffee drinker and enjoyed the Keurig in the room. I brought my own Kcups and bought some half and half at a nearby 7-11 to keep in the fridge since they only could offer powdered creamer. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and I will continue to stay at Mariott hotels. (Also, an actual tub would be nice. I like to lounge in the tub, and there are only showers. Maybe there's a reason for that? IDK. And a microwave.)

The hotel uses an energy saving AC feature that continued to malfunction, so we were on the 4th floor and our room was an unbearable 83 degrees all night. I don’t think we were the only effected guests as the technician was running around the hotel all night. Staff was very nice/receptive and felt for our situation but would not move our room and bc of Expedia 3rd party booking, would not adjust our room price.

However, the location of this hotel is not convenient for people who depends who depend on public transportation to move around Boston or do not want to spend too much on vacation commute. The hotel itself is perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation, away from the city noise. Its clean, relatively new building, and if you’re lucky, get to experience the customer service of “Miss Mary” at the front desk.

Staff was extremely kind. The entire hotel was spotless, very clean and organized with a spot for brochures about what to do in the area. They offer dinner until 10pm and breakfast until 11am in the lobby at a bistro they have, which is extremely convenient.

The Bistro was open til 9pm on a Sunday which was great - was able to grab some light fare rather than going out that late looking for something that was not fast food. Everyone very courteous.

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful when asking for dinner recommendations. Beds were super comfortable! And parking was free and very easy - didn't have any problems with having 2 cars. The only negative (and this is very minor) is there was no hair dryer in the room. We may have been able to get one if we contacted the front desk, but we were only there for one night and it wasn't that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean-tv didn’t work at first and call to the front desk had an engineer in our room and part replaced all within 30 minutes or less! 24/7 snacks and drinks available for purchase if needed in lobby. We had a room with a bathtub. It is a deep soaking tub which is great if you are looking for that. Sides of tub are high to step over if you are taking a shower and no grab bar so request room with a grab bar if you may need one. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great, except for the breakfast. Breakfast isn’t included at Marriott Courtyard I was told. That’s fine, but the prices for the meager offerings were outrageous. On top of that, the $10 yogurt parfait tasted like cardboard.
