The property was great for our family of 4 (5 & 2 y/o) weekend stay. The two bedroom was spacious that we all had our own space. The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, had better continentals before but was acceptable. There were so many quick and easy places to eat around the hotel and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. We would stay here again.

When I made the reservations, mmths ago, I reserved two rooms, by each other. They were two floors apart. Our room, when we entered, the rug was wet. Went and got another room. Our 2nd room, had stains on the floor by the bed that looked like blood, stains on the couch, and the tub drain did not drain. For 300 eollars a night, was not worth it.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel itself was hidden from the main road and had no sign near the main road. The private road to the hotel is full of huge potholes. There’s limited parking and the and sidewalks to the entrance are very uneven and broken. The 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette was a great set up and what we needed but it was very dated, and not the cleanest it should’ve been. The towels were stained with dirty footprints, the sofa was stained, the kitchen floor was sticky. There were 4 teenage boys yelling while they ran up and down the halls bouncing balls at 10:30pm in which I had to ask them to please stop 3 times. This is not your typical Marriott by any means.

There was mold growing out of the ac vent and all over the ceiling. The toilet and shower were both dirty. The tv in one of the bedrooms had sound but no picture.

Unfoetuentky there were hairs stuck to the shower curtain and walls that were not ours.. since we hadn’t showered yet. That freaked me out a bit. The furniture in the living room had stains and was outdated making us feel uneasy sitting on them. The breakfast was great though. Fresh fruit and the waffle maker was a plus!

Found a vibrator in my room. The hotel rooms are filthy. Do not come here. They didn’t even refund the full amount after my toddler found the vibrator next to the bed. I will never go to a Marriott again. They handled this so poorly.

The spaciousness of the room was good as were the appliances. The air conditioning system was extremely noisy and did not take the humidity out of the air. Stains on the carpet and dust on the molding in the bathroom.The room always felt damp and musty even with the AC setting on 68 as that was as low as it would go. Our clothing felt damp and the towels hung up in the bathroom never dried. We requested a room change because of the noisy AC and we were moved to another room easily but that was not much better. We checked out early and requested a refund for the remaining days which I am waiting to receive. I would not stay there again.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it! The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Expedia was less than helpful. They took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me. I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area. I would however caution against booking through Expedia as they were less than helpful in assisting / supporting me in resolving a rate discrepancy I had. Expedia does not provide satisfactory customer service & support in my opinion.

We really loved a lot about our stay at the residence inn. However, the couch bed/pull out couch is advertised as a place a person can sleep and yet it was so uncomfortable, lopsided, lumpy and foot of the bed higher than the head of the bed, that it was impossible to use this bed. Very disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed a cozy, clean apartment. Everything was spotlessly maintained, and we felt comfortable during our stay. The only issue was the bed, which was very soft and not ideal for me, as I experienced back pain each night. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The breakfast lady was incredibly friendly and did a great job keeping the area tidy and organized. We had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved the suite. The accommodations were exactly what we had hoped it to be. Our only problem we would like to pass on is we set the thermostat to 66 to cool off the room and it did not change from the 73. We are competely satisfied and would stay again. Thank you.

The rooms need updating but the staff was very helpful and sweet. I was there for 2 weeks coming from Georgia and I got to see all my friends and family. I would stay there again. It’s very convenient to all the shops and restaurants.

The bathtub drain was not working well - took the stopper out- full of hair. Yuck! The 1 day of housekeeping in a 4.5 days stay - the bed wasn’t made. How does one miss that!? The employee at the front desk at check-in was not friendly at all I’ve stayed here before - not sure I’d stay again.

Having notified the desk previously that we would come in quite late, we arrived around 2:30am. When we arrived, we were very nicely greeted by Lucy, who gave us instructions on where to park most conveniently to our room. She was communicative and kind, and made us feel right at home. When we spoke to Nick at checkout, we told him about a small problem we had at the hotel. Nick apologized for this inconvenience, and his sincere and friendly manner made us feel that the hotel really cared about their senior citizen guests. Hats off to Marriot Residence Inn for great customer service from Lucy and Nick!

Housekeeping was very casual. I was there 9 nights before the first cleaning even though I asked at the desk 2X. After, they came at 4-5 days intervals. Housekeeping consists of sheets and towels, run the dishwasher for a single item. No mopping or vacuuming or wiping down surfaces. They left cleaning supplies and dirty towels as well as a band aid wrapper and other debris from the previous guest. It was still there when I departedThere was a broken glass in the dishwasher. Also still there. There is a mud puddle at the bathroom door unchanged since I arrived, never mopped. The night staff at the front desk is fully focused on their phones. As for Eco-friendly, why are the fire pit and fireplace burning 24/7? It's a nice property being badly run

This is a great location for those traveling; very swift connection to the interstate. The property itself has seen better days with significant depreciation. Still offers enough comfort to be categorized as a hotel and not motel. Breakfast was good, self service buffet style with paper plates and disposable utensils. Not at all luxury but good for an economy - budget class property. The breakfast team fast and friendly re-stocking the buffet quickly (was busy - did a great job). Check in and check out was not so great! I booked long in advance via Expedia and was told at check in I had already paid. I told the young lady I did not think that was correct but she was sure I had paid. This turned out to be inaccurate, two days later, when I checked out a different receptionist told me I was all set, so I assumed I had paid. To make a long story short, the hotel realized I had not paid so ran my credit card number, I got a Fraud alert and payment was declined. This followed with me getting emails and calls requesting me to contact the hotel regarding my „check-out.“ I ended up having to call back twice and request that they run the transaction while on the phone. This was not so fun dealing with do after driving home 5 hours. The check-in and out process needs to be reconsidered. Run the transactions while the guest is there… All in all this is a solid property good for leisure travelers, team is courteous, good breakfast, beware of check out. I would stay here again.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it! The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Hotels.com was absolutely no helpful in this regard and did nothing but give me the run-around and put it on the hotel. The hotel Manager took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me. I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area. I would however caution booking through Hotels.com as they do not provide satisfactory after stay support and service in my opinion.

This hotel is nice The only thing it is lacking is good customer service The front desk staff were not very polite besides the manager she was very sweet. If you are handicapped make sure that you bring a step stool if you want to get in the beds the beds are way too tall!

The property was great for our family of 4 (5 & 2 y/o) weekend stay. The two bedroom was spacious that we all had our own space. The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, had better continentals before but was acceptable. There were so many quick and easy places to eat around the hotel and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. We would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel itself was hidden from the main road and had no sign near the main road. The private road to the hotel is full of huge potholes. There’s limited parking and the and sidewalks to the entrance are very uneven and broken. The 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette was a great set up and what we needed but it was very dated, and not the cleanest it should’ve been. The towels were stained with dirty footprints, the sofa was stained, the kitchen floor was sticky. There were 4 teenage boys yelling while they ran up and down the halls bouncing balls at 10:30pm in which I had to ask them to please stop 3 times. This is not your typical Marriott by any means.

The room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Nice to have the full kitchen. I had to change rooms since the first room I was in had tons of little ants. Not acceptable at all. So, had to pack up all my stuff and move to another room. Unacceptable for a Marriott. The breakfast bar for a Residence Inn was terrible. Eggs and sausage was put in the trash. It was not edible. So, for a Marriott property, I had a stale English muffin and a very juicy orange. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Crumbs on kitchen flower.

The staff was great but it was a disappointing stay. It took 10 minutes for the shower to get hot. The continental breakfast was a let down. If you are not a morning person the bright lights in the bathroom will not be welcome. Expected better for the marriott brand and the price.

Stayed at a studio suite. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear seen in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and breakfast sandwich. I could only eat the scrambled eggs since I don’t eat pork. TV channels didn’t seem to work at first, but it fixed itself. I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel comfortable beds, soft towels, good water pressure in shower, capable of being very hot, outside food close, and good. Pillows 2 were harder, and 2 were soft, very nice for us, no in room coffee, unless you bring your own for a filter type pot, coffee down stairs was very good. No water, or juice for breakfast, Pool needs a cleaning at the waterline, greasy, breakfast was Ok, eggs were watery, good meat, good coffee, no salt and pepper. no large vehicle parking, but was able to get truck and trailer in a safe spot.

The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Expedia was less than helpful. They took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me. I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area. I would however caution against booking through Expedia as they were less than helpful in assisting / supporting me in resolving a rate discrepancy I had. Expedia does not provide satisfactory customer service & support in my opinion.

I stayed for 8 nights with my family (4 adults) and this was not the experience I expect from Residence Inn, especially after an amazing stay at the Residence Inn in Colorado Springs just prior. The pool was closed for repairs our entire stay. The laundry room was in poor shape - only 1 of 3 washers was working, and only 2 of 4 dryers were working. Housekeeping was a major issue. Our room was only cleaned once in 8 days, and the room wasn't as clean as I'd expect to begin with. When housekeeping did come, they took all of our towels and only left 3 back for 4 adults, and left only one roll of toilet paper for 4 adults. We also had a light go out in the room and it took two days to get a lightbulb replaced after asking. While some front desk staff were kind, overall the team did not seem eager to help and management felt complacent about the issues. I expected so much more from this brand. I would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel and a great location for my needs, right near Rt 90 and 91. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen. The breakfast was great, very filling. Unfortunately, the pool was closed but they emailed ahead of time to let me know, which was really nice. I would absolutely stay here again!
