Riverdale Inn

The listing on hotels.com indicates that the unit would be a smoking room. However upon check-in there were signs posted all over the establishments saying that there is no smoking in any of the rooms. The reason why I chose that place is because it had a smoking room. The safety door on the external portion of the unit does not engage so anyone can enter whenever they want. It boasts a continental breakfast which there was none. Just a microwave. The TV wasn't connected to the cable there are batteries missing from the remote. When filling the tub it doesn't stay filled it drains almost immediately.

Staff was friendly room was clean and tub in bathroom was great

Dirty room. No housekeeping service. Furniture was broken. No tissue, coffee, amenities. Stay away.

Furniture very stained cigarette burns on the comforter to the bed

Gave us a broken room. Broken heater ,broken shower. Cockroaches in the bathroom and then my bf went to ask for change at the desk and after going downstairs he almost got falsely arrested by a cop because of two other people fighting. Staff tried to tell us we were lying bout the shower.
