Overall it was good stay with good staff. My only real complaint was the gym. 0 towels were clean, weights were missing and most importantly there was no cleaning spray to be a respectful member of the community and clean up after you use the equipment.

Positives: Friendly front desk staff. Safe, quiet and convenient location. Decent indoor pool and gym. Clean facilities. Negatives: No complimentary coffee/tea. Overpriced Starbucks and Bistro - the only two food options on-site.

I went out specifically to buy my son swim trunks We had not been in a swimming pool since before the pandemic. We looked forward to using the pool each evening. I was shocked to learn when I checked in that an important aspect of our trip was unavailable. We could have picked a different hotel if only this information was shared before our money was committed. We had a handicap access room and there was a 30 year old touch tone trim line style phone in the bathroom and a seat in the tub that would not stay in the upright position. However the hotel was quiet and that was very important.

Didnt shop and didn't use the work space. I didn't like paying 10.00 per night to park in the parking lot after forking out over 700.00 for the rooms and you advertise Free WiFi, then charge 4.99 for it plus tax.

Check-in was unfriendly, uninformative. No eye contact, no "good morning" nor acknowledgment you are at the front desk and may need something. If you want a Starbucks coffee, don't wait too long, it closes well before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The furnishings are wonderful and the best is extremely comfortable. The visual is great, the hospitality is fair at best. I know Marriott and other hotels charge for parking in congested cities or when space is very limited. This particular one, has a huge parking lot, lots of spaces and charges $10. When I made the reservation the total after fees and taxes didn't reflect a parking fee. Unfair.

The place was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s in a prime location for quick trips into Boston. The only letdown was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working and apparently hasn't been for quite some time. It would be helpful if Expedia updated this info, as it was one of the main reasons I booked. But overall, it’s still a great place to stay!

We checked into our room, didn’t know we had to pay for parking as we stayed there last year and didn’t have too. Next, we had a hard time getting in. Nice in the door wouldn’t close. The deadbolt wouldn’t disengage. We ordered DoorDash and when we tried to leave the room it wouldn’t shut because you could only disengage the deadbolt from the inside. I had to leave my teenager in the room to watch our belongings. I tried to explain the situation to the front desk. They couldn’t quite grasp the problem. They didn’t have anyone who could fix it so they decided to change our room. So we packed everything up and switched rooms. I tried to explain again to the front desk that anyone would be able to go into the old room. They weren’t concerned. I wanted to make sure we weren’t going to get charged for any damage if anyone walked in the room. The new room was not clean. My pillowcase smelled of men’s cologne. There was also some hair in the shower. Disappointing because our last stay there was good.

The room was very spacious and clean and it was stocked. My only issue was that I never got housekeeping - which was a little odd. I did not need anything but was there 5 nights - I had plenty of linens etc., but I had to empty my trash in the lobby each day. Again, no big deal but it was a little disappointing. Front desk personnel was amazing and the cafe/bar in the lobby was so convenient. Plenty of parking - it was quiet and clean. Would 100% stay there again. Great value for the money.

I realize all businesses are still recovering from covid and housekeeping isnt done daily anymore. Thst being said when room isnt cleaned daily it would be nice if there were clean drinking glasses replacing the used ones and the trash emptied.

Check in took time due to an issue on my part - and the staff was very patient. Breakfast was served by a very professional but warm barista. She made the experience lovely. Amenities were nice - made use of the pool which was clean, plenty of fresh towels available. Room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, the towels smelled unclean (smoke and/or body odor) the pillows smelled the same. There was a brown stain on the side of the mattress (very visible, I was not “searching” for anything). There is no trash receptacle in the bathroom; I can explain in detail if someone out there doesn’t understand why there should be one (hint; women menstruate).

Our first room had tiny bugs in the bed, we thought they were bed bugs but after looking at the pictures we think they were tiny spiders. We changed rooms. The rugs are dirty and the bathroom needs an upgrade. We could hear the highway all night long. We wanted to wash clothes but the dryer was broken.

Front desk was pleasant however that is where it unfortunately ended. We received no room service during our 4-day start. We had to go to the Front Desk for towels, we emptied our own trash, and requested broken uncold refrigerator to be fixed or replaced which did not happen and resulted in purchased for to be spoilt. I prefer to shift my loyalty of business and leisure travel to Marriott but this experience does not make it likely it will happen. Thanks for listening.

I wish when checking in they advised me I was sleeping right next to the elevator, when you book online it doesn’t tell you where you will be. Staying in a room right next to the elevator’s is noisy and I could barely sleep. I would have upgraded if I have known.

Nice one room Suite but old. Older decor with literally not a single USB plug in the entire room. This is 2025 so it’s a huge surprise that this is a missing element. The feel of the hotel is busy. The location was decent. A huge bright spark is Gabe at the restaurant. He was quick, friendly, patient and attentive. Thank you.

Some items in the room were showing signs of wear. Curtains didn't close properly, wall outlet be night stand was loose in the wall. Bed was very comfortable, linens and towels were fresh and clean.

When we arrived in our room we discovered the carpet was wet under the air conditioner and the it wouldn’t turn on. The room was extremely hot. They managed to get the air conditioner back on but because they were booked we had to stay in the room with wet carpet. Also I am sure I asked for a room with two queen beds but they gave us a king instead. The next day they put us in a new room, we asked for queen beds but we were ignored and they gave us another king. To accommodate us they gave us a free breakfast voucher.

Bait and switch. Pre-Paid for a king bed and sofa bed. Ended up with two queens in a room in the Lower Lever aka basement across from the mechanical room. Blinds wouldn't close so the spotlight facing the window shone through the entire night.

Basic room, ok, bed comfortable check in easy; main complaint was hearing I 93 whizzing all night, and a huge floodlight shining up onto our window. If I stayed there again I would ask for a room on the other side.

I was very pleased to be able to check in at 1:00 pm. The young woman who checked me in was efficient and nice. In general, the hotel and staff is very welcoming. The management seems very customer focused.

Check-in was late from posted (3pm time), room was not ready and we had to keep going to front desk to ask. Staff were not present Saturday-Sunday, at one point called out for staff at front desk and no one showed up for 10 minutes. When someone finally did show, he said he was working at another station, walked into the backroom and said “you have someone waiting”. Frustrating he was less than 10 feet away and didn’t hear us! Asked for towels to be brought, they said would be right up and they never came (we ended up going to pool to get some because front desk staff were not there again). Asked to speak to manager, was told no one was there, so no one available to speak with me.

Clean room, amazing staff for 90% of the time! Really nice amenities, i loved the bistro on sight having actually delicious food not typical hotel food! There was a worker named Jude that went above and beyond the expected obligations and the guy at the bistro also did! The only downside was an angry busy employee on our way out but genuinely not holding that against them because that’s clearly not their norm. I’d love to stay there again!

The elevator is super loud! Metal on metal screeching and the cables etc are just loud. In the morning it woke us up early and ran nonstop. We asked the front desk that morning to move rooms and the lady wouldn’t accommodate us and told us to check back at noon. We called ar noon and she said there was nothing she could do and all the rooms had been assigned. So crazy! We had to go to the manager to override her and got a new room. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly and I have no idea why she refused to provide good service to a paying customer. I worked in a hotel before and that was ridiculous. Stay somewhere else. The hotel is old and dated and there are probably better option in the area that are nicer.

The room was very spacious and clean and it was stocked. My only issue was that I never got housekeeping - which was a little odd. I did not need anything but was there 5 nights - I had plenty of linens etc., but I had to empty my trash in the lobby each day. Again, no big deal but it was a little disappointing. Front desk personnel was amazing and the cafe/bar in the lobby was so convenient. Plenty of parking - it was quiet and clean. Would 100% stay there again. Great value for the money.

Room was fine, pillows a bit uncomfortable. Check in process took me calling several times while I wandered around the first floor looking for an employee. Then they eventually came out of a room nearby about 10 minutes later to help me check in.

The staff was amazing. We ate at the restaurant and the bartender who also waited on us and served our food was great. He was attentive and friendly. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying there. It is close to downtown Boston and a convenient drive.

Check in took time due to an issue on my part - and the staff was very patient. Breakfast was served by a very professional but warm barista. She made the experience lovely. Amenities were nice - made use of the pool which was clean, plenty of fresh towels available. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel itself was prettt standard, clean, functional, and felt like a safe location. However, the hotel staff was incredible. After driving 9 hours through the night wity a 6 month old, they didn't hesitate to get us checked in hours earlier than we were scheduled. The food at the cafe was good and the ladies working it were so friendly and sweet. On our last night, we went down to the bar for a quick drink and started chatting with the bartender. Him and the manager entertained us with someone banter about the need people and places locally. I can honestly say I've never felt so at home in a hotel.

Lovely hotel but close to the highway so road noise is a problem. There is no make up mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast and dinner cafe is pricey - it seems a hotel for folks on business expense accounts rather than people traveling through. The location is in a large business campus.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Stoneham was an excellent location, close to both major Boston- area highways Rt128/95 and Rt 93. The lobby was very welcoming with lots of different areas where you could sit either to chat with others or quietly read a book solo. There was a cute bar area with food nearby and it was an aesthetically pleasing space. The staff was also very helpful.

I got here at 11 PM and pretty much went to bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast service is slow. Have to order individually at a cash register so in the morning, with a single cashier, it moves slowly. The graphics with the menu options are too small to read. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Just do a buffet!

Let me tell you one of the best Hotels Ive stayed in. They messed up by not giving us the same room the 2nd night and we couldnt stay in our room b/c there was a bride and groom staying there that night. The manager upgraded our room to 2 rooms connected and gave us breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was soooo good get the home fries you will not be disappointed. The rooms were clean, the pool was great and the service was even better. The rest of our family stayed at another hotel and thet were so unhappy. So im so glayed we dicided to stay here. Target is only 7mins away and restaurants down the road. I wish I was in Boston more often I would stay here all the time!! Thank you for making our trip as a fun memorable experience.♡

EXCELLENT STAY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great loacation and Dianna and Michelle made the extire experience along with the front desk staff The food iand drinks were delicious! Every meal I had was amazing! The room was comfortable but I wish it had been a bit more organized as the shower ring was broken. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back for all my future stays in Boston!!!!

Very helpful staff…quickly able to get to our rooms anytime. Whole property was clean and immaculate. WiFi wasn’t the greatest but it was better than nothing. Unfortunately the expanded WiFi was not worth the price. It was cheap but it didn’t seem much faster than the regular WiFi. Still…not a deal breaker. I picked the perfect spot to get the venue. A straight 30min run to Boston for the FanExpoBoston event. The Hotel was like right smack dab in the middle of a ton of restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, and gas stations. You can’t go wrong here.

I had a great weekend stay here. The staff was very kind and accommodating and the hotel itself is very clean. The two small drawbacks (that I should have researched myself) are that there is no food service between 10 AM and 5 PM, and nothing is really walking distance (unless you count the McDonalds that's almost a mile away). I should have taken that into consideration because I was traveling with my toddler and without a car. If that doesn't apply to you, this is a wonderful place especially for the price.
