Great hotel, service was good our room was spacious. The pool was small but our kids had so much fun. Love that the pool only went to 4'9. The gym was standard had all the basic necessities. Only thing I didn't like was the elevator, its way to small.

The pool is very small but i didnt notice while booking so its my fault. Sports bar menu was limited but good food and great attentive service. With little traffic 20 mins to td garden where our daughter was attending a concert. Staff was helpful and check in was quick. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy. Will stay again if in the area.

The Hotel is really nice- Great clean room. Very nice staff. BUT... Guests were smoking pot in their rooms and outside by the front entrance. It smelled so bad. People were upset by this when they had to walk through the smoke. I told the front desk and she said this happens every night. Well last night I woke up and the smell was coming into my room from the gap in the door. This is just ridiculous. This is a non-smoking hotel, yet its ok to let people smoke pot in the rooms? I will never stay here again and tell other to avoid the property.

The hotel grounds are a little rundown, the parking lot could use a refresh, and the landscaping could be a bit better. I think they’re a bit understaffed. It’s difficult to get the front desk and especially the restaurant on the phone. As for the rooms, they are decent. But some of the fixtures are in need of replacement, and there was paint peeling in some places, like on the inside of the bathroom door. The premium king rooms are better than the standard king. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. I haven’t found one without flaws yet that doesn’t cost a fortune. The rooms at this hotel can be reasonably priced depending on the time of year.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Nice comfy bed but a stay is only as good as the sleep. On a Monday night lots of doors banging at 4am, people talking in the car park and a low level air con unit that so so loud it woke you everytime it came on

This is a conference center type of hotel. Basic book clean in the front. Staff was very nice. They have coffee available most of the time and a buffet style breakfast that is available to some for free and some at a fee. I booked on Expedia and when I checked in, they said we qualified for the free breakfast, but I am not sure how. I think being part of the membership for IHG is what might have qualified us. Rooms are slightly outdated, and our USB charge did not work, but they were clean and comfortable in the area around the hotel feels safe. Overall, we needed a place to stay for one night and it was clean, safe, and a good value so I would recommend this hotel.

My family of 5 had a nice stay at The Crowne Plaza Boston in Woburn, MA. The room and hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable, great bathroom/shower, TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, closet, and plenty of room for storage. There was a decent restaurant on sight. The only thing I would change is to give complimentary breakfast to everyone in the room. They comp 2 people's breakfast and make the others you are staying with pay for a meal. The restaurant staff didn't seem to know what was going on. It just causes confusion and for some guests to wait for a meal while others already have food from the buffet - just offer complimentary breakfast per room to make it easy and less awkward. Overall, we had a nice stay though.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was included. We took advantage of it on the first morning of our stay and it was great. The next day we were told it would over 20 per person to eat. We went into down town Boston and ate better for cheaper. When we can back we asked a different person at the front about breakfast and she said breakfast was not included with our stay. I just feel the staff should be in the same page about the information given out.

From the moment we walked in we were very happy with the hotel. Everything was immaculate. When I approached the front deck I was greeted by Mai. She was definitely one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay there again just knowing that she worked there. I truly hope they are aware of what an asset she is to this hotel.

Booked a room w/2 queen beds and was told this was a 1st come 1st serve reservation and that none of those rooms were available. Nothing they could do … talk w/Expedia. 1st room they sent us to was dirty and 2nd one was fine but we had to bring the bedding for the room with us along with everything else we had with us. Then had to ask for a 2nd key as well!! They’re in the hospitality industry but don’t seem to know what it is … very unimpressed!!

I had a great experience staying here! Jared was the most helpful and nicest man I’ve encountered! My daughter had a small pool party with her friends for her birthday and he was extremely accommodating and helpful. Donna is also a great employee who was very helpful. I got a lot of compliments on the party and how nice the staff was. I would definitely recommend staying here it was by far my best experience staying at a hotel. Also bonus the pillows were very comfortable I am always nervous about the pillows

I really like that the sports bar is actually a place people like to hang out... not much within walking distance, so it made for a good time with their bands, karaoke, etc. And the breakfest buffet is top-notch.

You will need to buy food outside if you arrive after 9pm. In addition, most restaurants stop servicing in the area at 10pm do Uber Eats or driving at least 5 miles for dining. Unfortunately we had this experoence due to weather conditions that delayed our arrival. Restaurants in the area will serve liquor past the 10pm.

My family of 5 had a nice stay at The Crowne Plaza Boston in Woburn, MA. The room and hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable, great bathroom/shower, TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, closet, and plenty of room for storage. There was a decent restaurant on sight. The only thing I would change is to give complimentary breakfast to everyone in the room. They comp 2 people's breakfast and make the others you are staying with pay for a meal. The restaurant staff didn't seem to know what was going on. It just causes confusion and for some guests to wait for a meal while others already have food from the buffet - just offer complimentary breakfast per room to make it easy and less awkward. Overall, we had a nice stay though.

I liked the food at the buffet. Excellent. I liked the front desk staff, they were cool. The bed was comfy and good. The room size was nice. The room temps were good. The live music sounded good. I like the plugs on the headboard. I would have liked to have had a plastic cups and a exhaust fan for the bathroom. And maybe quiet hours for certain times, at least till 7:30am. Also, an extra $100 hold on my card for incidentals on a 1 night reservation in a room with no mini-frig? That's a bit over the top.

Room and location were great. Sports bar downstairs has very good pub food. My only gripe was we are 15 minutes from Boston and the cable in the room doesn’t have NESN to watch the Red Sox.

Everything seemed to be going well until we dealt with Mai (front desk staff). My partner went to the front desk to ask for an iron because there wasn't one in the room. Mai told her she would put in a request and dismissed her. When asked if there was any way to get an iron on a more immediate basis because we were going to an event, again Mai was dismissive. When it came to me going to the front desk, she just kept smiling telling me that she put in a request and we had to wait for maintenance to answer for the order. By the time I was done talking with her, it had been 45 minutes with no iron. By the time we were leaving, staff brought an iron with no ironing board. Alongside that, we were under the impression that breakfast was included with our reservation as this is what is stated on Hotels.com. We had breakfast the first day, no problem. Next day, we were asked if breakfast was part of our reservation or we had to pay $22.50/person. Guess what? It's not part of our reservation, so I feel this is falsely advertised. I always choose hotels that have breakfast included, this was one of them. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
