Great location only 3 miles from downtown with all the attractions, also located a drivable distance to other attractions around Annapolis. As clean as a top motel would be, amenities worked, basketball court needs a little tending a gate/net and new rim would have been nice, but doable for the price.

Nice place, room was super clean. These are designed for extended stays, so you get a complete kitchen. Very roomy. No daily housekeeping. On the minus side, the pool was closed our entire stay for maintenance. A pool was a primary reason this property was chosen, so this was a bummer.

The ES Sonesta Suites are great for an overnight or longer stay in Annapolis for work or play. The rooms are very easy to get to, and the pool is hardly ever crowded. Its location is convenient to shopping and good restaurants. The rooms have plenty of room to spread out, and we much prefer these suites over standard hotel rooms when visiting Annapolis.

Don't remember ever having to pay to park at a motel. Checking in was.a little rough but was a breeze checking out. The room appeared new, clean and quiet. Well thought out I mean, but for heaven's sake, stop charging people to park.

This was my first time at this brand of hotel so I didn’t have any expectations. I was surprised in a good way. The room was well appointed for a short stay and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gym was small but had everything I needed for a couple of workouts. There was also a very well stocked breakfast in the morning. I have special food needs and I found plenty to eat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I had never been there before but will definitely go back.

We asked for house for four days in a row and nobody showed up. We had overflowing trash cans, dirty towels. Our child spilled his dinner in the bedding and needed clean sheets that never came. Had to buy toilet paper because they didn't show up. The pool was half empty and the place has very little parking.

Only stayed for two nights but I plan to come back to this location for any long stays The kitchen area was stocked with essentials and there is a CVS walkable to get supplies for eating in The breakfast is a full variety with a friendly atmosphere So many little areas to make the stay more like home or even resort like with a little fire pit area small pool and basketball court Easy to entertain kids in warmer months HUGE tv and comfy bed Nothing incredibly fancy but if you need a home base to sleep eat and relax it is perfect for that home away from home feel Did not have a pet with me but the pet friendly features were great to see

The room smelled terrible, no tissue paper and they ask if I would come back to the front desk to get some tissue paper, no way. Charged for parking and no parking was available. Parked in parking lot of a business. Slept in my truck. Don't EVER STAY THERE.THEY NEED TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE.

The lady that checked us in was great! Unfortunately the room didn’t smell well, the bed was very uncomfortable and there was mold above the shower. For the price, I expected it to be nicer.

Hotel was easy to access from highway. Check in/ check out went smoothly. Room was nice size for two people. Nice breakfast but crowded- could’ve used more tables/chairs. Bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty. Toilet flusher broke while using. Loud music in middle of night. Parking spaces were very tight.

The two bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable. The fireplace adds warmth and a wonderful, cozy feeling. It's nice to have an oven to make home cooked meals and in our case cookies. The beds are comfortable. Staff is super friendly. We will seek out Sonestas every time we travel.

Our room multiples bedrooms was spacious and very relaxing. All the amenities were well prepared, and the bed was just the right firmness for me, making the whole stay very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a big plus — we could take showers without waiting even when we got back late, and in the morning everyone could get ready smoothly without having to share.

There wasn’t much as far as dining or gas stations near to get anything “needed”. One Dunkin Doughnuts was about an 8 minute walk down the road. Property was great, room was great…our tv wouldn’t allow us to change the channel from Fox News. It was bizarre actually! And we had to physically unplug the tv to turn it off. So so strange.

An unexpected pleasure on an otherwise difficult trip. You get a lot of bang for your buck at Sonesta ES: large suite, well stocked kitchen, luxurious bed, cozy couch. The hotel was safe, my car secure. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient to the medical center.

The Staff were super nice to us. We had a medical emergency with a friend that was also staying there which required us to stay with him at a local Hospital from 10 PM until 7 Am the next morning. They were gracious enough to let us have a late check out so we could get a little sleep before a 6-hour drive home. A special thanks to "Jasmine" working the night shift desk for her kindness, understanding and her prayers. She is one special lady!

The front desk clerk was rude and her behavior was so unacceptable that I wrote a letter to the corporate office at Sonesta ES Suites and cc'd Annapolis Hotel Manager. Hopefully I'll be hearing from them soon with a proposed resolution to the unsatisfactory behavior.

Staff did not know how to check in for a 3rd party reservation. Charged me $100 deposit 6 times! Plus charged an undisclosed $7 parking fee. Had to call manager to get sorted out. She was nice enough. But not experienced enough to be left alone.

This is more like a 2.5 or 3 star hotel. It’s very dated and the front desk staff are not friendly. The room had an odd smell and it needs a major upgrade. When you step out it smells like weed. I requested to check out 1 day early and was denied. Will NEVER stay here again.

Great size room. Refrigerator not working. All food spoiled. No iced produced. Put drinks in freezer. Told front desk about broken refrigerator, lost food. “Too bad” of course didn’t offer to change our room or replace refrigerator or compensate us in any way. Lack of customer service. Especially since we paid $$$ for Homecoming weekend at the Naval Academy.

Great location only 3 miles from downtown with all the attractions, also located a drivable distance to other attractions around Annapolis. As clean as a top motel would be, amenities worked, basketball court needs a little tending a gate/net and new rim would have been nice, but doable for the price.

The ES Sonesta Suites are great for an overnight or longer stay in Annapolis for work or play. The rooms are very easy to get to, and the pool is hardly ever crowded. Its location is convenient to shopping and good restaurants. The rooms have plenty of room to spread out, and we much prefer these suites over standard hotel rooms when visiting Annapolis.

I liked the location and room layout, which are close to the US Naval Academy. The breakfast was very good, and the best part was the kitchenette, plates, and silverware!

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious. There were common amenities in the room. My only gripes are not enough towels and washcloths in the room and no convenient dining options. Annapolis isn't the easiest place to get around, so a nearby store or restaurant would have been perfect.

Our night at your hotel was just fine! Room was clean. Supply toiletries, towels for the bath and kitchen were as expected, neat and plentiful. There was a creak in the bathroom door, but that is a nitpick. Coffee maker was easy to operate. Breakfast was as expected, with some delay when coffee carafe and food service trays were empty. I would go back.

I am truly impressed at the quality and value I received at this place. I was looking quickly for a place to stay in Annapolis and this came upfor the same price I would normally pay for a Comfort Inn. So my expectations weren't super high but what I got was a first class hotel experience. The room was remarkable in its cleanliness and luxurious appointments. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the breakfast was average and the coffee was lukewarm. Every other aspect of my experience here from the staff to the room was great! I will stay here again if I am ever in Annapolis again.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had. The room was very comfortable and the shower was hot and refreshing. In the morning the breakfast was great with so many items to choose from. We will definitely visit again!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean !! The breakfast in the morning had good coffee and a good breakfast. The only thing they need to do better on is offering more snacks and drinks .

The staff was welcoming and very pleasant at check in. I was able to park my car next to my room so i did not have to walk a lot together to my room. The room and amenities at this hotel is amazing! Full kitchen! Easy accred walking path to the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices . I enjoyed my stay!!

The carpet was smelly, the furniture needed to be wiped down, and the room was very dusty. Seems as though it was used in a while. The room should still be checked and cleaned periodically. The carpet hasn't ben vacuum in a while. Staff was helpful w ice. The beds were comfortable.

I have stayed at Sonesta probably 15 to 20 times over the course of a year and a half. I used to say wonderful things about the place, but my last visit was a huge list of problems. I showed up to check in at noon. I was told to wait for two hours. After back and forth, I waited four hours. Why was I told to wait two? Then, my room had a shattered bathtub with sharp edges. The cleaning lady literally left towels on the edge without caring it was shattered. Then I had to wait for another room. TV was not working at all. Waited hours to have it fixed. Maintenance couldn't fix it. I had to go to a third room and that toilet easily clogged. I asked for a plilunger, but was told to wait for the maintenance guy. That took three hours ( while I needed to go again). When I checked out, I said all if the above, and the response was, "Well, that's not *my* fault." I left shaking my head how much tjis nice place had gone down hill. It used to be pretty solid.
