It smelled like weed. There was no trash can, no cups or glasses. There was no iron (they had an ironing board)., no hair dryer,. They had soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was a granola bar. The bed was comfortable.

Do not appreciate being charged to replace towels where there is no housekeeping.

I wish the little kitchenette had 2 plastic wine glasses, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. 😡😭😠

Staff is great, but not happy they didn't offer any kitchen supplies and also the breakfast was horrible.

This is a former Motel that has been rebranded. You park in-front of the room/door. There is no lobby just a room with a front desk and thick plexiglass for robbery prevention. Use a small hole to pass ID/payment through. The room was old, outdated and dirty. Due to weather our flights were delayed and we arrived at 1AM and there was group of people hanging out in the parking lot watching us enter the room. I did not feel safe or comfortable there and the location did not even remotely reflect the “pictures” on the site. We immediately started searching for somewhere else to stay. Do not recommend this location.

We reserved for 2 adults - got one washcloth and no handtowels. Asked for 1 more - we were told they would be available next day. Went to office next day, and were charged $1.25 for washcloth & 2 handtowels

I’m not sure who’s leaving all the 4- and 5-star reviews, but they feel pretty misleading. Here’s my honest take: overall, it’s a 2-star experience, but I gave it 3 stars because the front desk staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The property has more of a motel vibe, with outdoor entrances and a generally run-down feel. The bed was decent, but the pillows were uncomfortable—fortunately, I brought my own. Amenities are very limited. There’s a sign saying you can request dishes, but I didn’t bother. However, I really needed a basic cup to take medicine and drink water and couldn’t find one anywhere. No hairdryer either, and when I asked the front desk, they didn’t have one available. That said, it’s fine for the price and the location is convenient—just a few minutes from Top Golf, Starbucks, and grocery stores. Bottom line: Bring your own cup and don’t expect much. It’s passable for a budget stay, but definitely nothing fancy.

The place was so gross. Carpets had a sludge on them. The room smelled like mildew mixed with Pinesol that seeped into our clothes. All the doors to the cabinets were broken and chipped. The tub had a gray ring around it. Breakfast was a joke. It looked like a room out of an old horror movie. I could go on, but you get the point

We had a three night booking and left after the first night because the room was dirty and there were bugs. I told them we were checking out early for that reason and they didn’t care at all.

They had bed bugs

Check-in was bad; no one at the front desk for long periods of time. The room was dirty, there was a bug on the pillow and others on the floor. Holes in the wall and it was a noisy place. Obviously the owner is not interested in fixing anything or hiring people who will fulfill their obligations. I would not be surprised if bedbugs are an issue.

The alarm sounded at the middle of the night and when we called the front desk by phone nobody was available, then when my wife went the office the receptionist didn’t know what to do. The issue was fixed until the fire department came. There is mold in the bathroom ceiling in room 165 and sheets in one bed were not clean. Sidewalks didn’t have salt during the snow storm and were slippery (ice).

Sheets and towels were clean and a/c and refrigerator worked. Floor was filthy. Tub was stained. Shower and towel rods were rusty. Beds were uncomfortable. Substantial road noise. Drapes were dirty and didnt close completely. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Room was disgusting. Everything smelled like weed. Holes in the walls. Bugs in the corners of ceilings and floors. Cupboards all crooked. Shower tub was gross. Key cards kept not working. Will never go back.

The room was clean and cheap, but I swear it looked like a hotel room from some Dateline story of a serial killer.

The room was horrible. Smelled like smoke and there was rust in the bathtub and shower head. The screen on the window is broken as if someone can easily break in and the curtains didn’t work properly. I had to use a hair tie to keep the curtains closed so I don’t have peepers watching while we try to sleep. I asked for an iron and a hair dryer. Neither were available as well as any cookware despite the fact that there is a kitchenette. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stays and never has any of these issues which is the reason why I booked it in the first place.

It was ok. It was a place to shower and sleep. Room was worn and aged.

There was a dripping pipe in the bathroom where the tub was. The light switches weren't working. No trash bin in the bathroom.

It's ok for the stay but it just needs to be upgraded a lot of old stuff needs to be updated

Room was very cold the heat did not work, shower was filthy it had boot prints in it.. there was a crack in the door so cold air was coming in.. cabinets were falling down,also the tv kept shutting off.

The king size bed was VERY uncomfortable, the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable I can't imagine anyone would be able to sleep on it! The pillows were small and sad, the towels were cheap and rough, the window curtains didn't close all the way, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor well, the "grab & go" breakfast was a joke! They had oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate, & oatmeal bars. Every time I went into the office, except for when I checked in, I had to wait several minutes for someone to come up to the desk. I think the only good things about this hotel was the heat in the room worked great, the TV, and that the hotel was only half a mile from the family I was visiting, however I would not stay here again.

Room has a terrible smoke smell

The room was not properly furnished. Our room was a double, but had only one chair at the bar and none for sitting or dressing. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to to turn it off.

It took me about 45 to 50 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk, I had to sit and wait. I even tried calling the front desk while in the lobby and the phone just rang and rang. I honestly shouldn’t have been charged for my first night !

Customer service was poor and annoying. I waited 20-30 mins for someone to show up to the lobby for checkout. Unacceptable.

I didn't like that i showed up to check in and there was no one at the desk, waited for over 20 minutes, called guest relations, still no one showed up to check anyone in.There were 3 other people waiting to check in as well who also had to find somewhere else to stay. Had to find another hotel in the middle of a lacrosse tournament with thousands of guests in town and WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE ROOM when I never even checked in.

This hotel ruined our wedding. First, I called to see if i can check in earlier than 3, does not answer their phone and when I get to the location, no one was at the front desk and there were people that were waiting for 15mins. So I come back after 3 and check in but on the way to the room, it smelled like weed and the place was so dirty outside. I didnt know It was this bad. And this is where it made me mad. I was checking out for my groomsmen and I went to the front desk 30 mins before I had to go but again, NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT DESK. I dont understand how you dont have anyone at the front desk and have people wait 20 mins everytime. Someone finally comes in after 20mins and says that i can just leave my room key on their desk. Thats when I was getting frustrated again. Couldnt you put a paper or something to let the guests know that if no one is at the front desk, they can just leave their keys at certain place to get checked out? Of course I got to my wedding late and had to push back some time due to this. Now after the wedding. I come back around 2pm and our room key did not work. So we went to the front desk and guess what. NO ONE IS THERE AGAIN. I waited for 20mins and just decided to go out and come back later. Because no one is there. If its only 1 person working. I feel like you should get more people, if not, at least put up a sign to call certain number or something. We also asked for new towel. Employee said okay, guess what didnt happen. Towel wasnt there.

When I went to the lobby to check in at 3PM on Nov 16, 2024, I had to wait about 15 minutes while the single person behind the desk allowed a woman to continue to ask for a free room repeatedly. The lobby was overly warm and uncomfortable. The room itself was fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The heater/AC unit was a problem as the heat wouldn't turn off until you put the AC back on. The bathroom sink was a little dirty but you don't go to this hotel chain for a glamorous stay. Around 10AM I realized I was running a bit behind so I called the front desk to ask for a late checkout. I requested one additional hour, so checkout at noon rather than 11AM. The guy on the phone said that was fine. Then at 11:15AM he is knocking on the door asking how I was going to pay for the additional hour. He made no mention of this when I called. It's common for hotels to allow early check in or late checkout if there isn't someone waiting for the room. For him to be requesting money, when he made no mention of it when I requested the late checkout, was uncalled for, and the way he decided to do this was downright rude. It's fine if you want to go against the way things have been done for years. But you should let people know about payments when they request something, not go banging on their door. I shoved my things in a bag and left at 11:25AM. I don't plan on returning to this hotel in the future.

The curtains didn’t close completely and I had headlights and loud music coming from a car right outside that woke me up in the middle of the night. Everything was clean and smelling good. It's a peaceful and quiet area.

This is a great value. It works for the commuter because the right on 100 can take you all the way to the shady Grove Metro stop.

Stayed a night for business and it was just a great place. Very clean, everyone is very friendly. They accommodated my 36 foot box truck and there was food (restaurants) everywhere. Also it’s behind a TopGolf so that was cool.

As a single woman, having a first-floor room with an exterior door in the back of the building was a negative. The room had a strong perfume smell that made me sneeze, and it felt very humid.moldy in the room. The alarms went off for me about the safety of the area when the check in area was completely behind a shield from desk to ceiling.

The ‘grab and go breakfast’ was a nutrigrane bar or a prepackaged muffin. Facility was not as described on the web site. Very low end. Old and shabby.

It is budget, you get a kitchen. The beds are actually comfortable to sleep in. You have to pay for some decent wifi there. No pots and pans to cook with. So if you plan ahead bring your own pan. You’re all set. It’s kind of like camping in a way. No breakfast just coffee and if your late like me, hot water and instant coffee. I’d probably stay somewhere else if you don’t need the stove top.

Kitchen did not have dishes nor flatware. Brkfst bar was pathetic; granola bars and instant oatmeal were the only food. Coffee was the worst i ever had.

The staff was very accomodating and nice. The facilities need some major updating and the complimentary breakfast is really more of a snack.

I would love they have a better breakfast options even though if you have to pay! I was on a snow day and I would love not to go to other place to eat. I also was co fused about the room numbers and systems! You need an air traffic controller certification to find a room

No coffee or Keurig pot at all! The darkness of the room was greatly appreciated and it wasn’t as loud as it could’ve been seeing that the area was very busy. The staff was ok. No issues other than the people in the parking lot and the lack of a coffee pot or Keurig. Had to sift through cabinets to find the trash cans.
