The room was outdated, the toilet was running and the person who came to fix it said it was 20 years old and the only way to try to fix it was to take apart another toilet in the pool and see if that might work. The bed spreads had pulls all over them as if they were very old. The pool was closed down due to a health inspection and could not be used. The housekeeping team never came to clean our room during our stay. For the price we paid I would never recommend or visit this hotel again.

We traveled with a child and booked this place specifically for the indoor pool and the breakfast included. At the check-in we asked about the pool being open and were told it was indeed and that it was heated to the 82 degrees year round. An hour later we went to the pool to find out it the water and the room were barely warm. When asked at the front desk we were told it was broken. The breakfast is available but not included in the price. Expedia didn't make it clear at the booking

This is a great place to stay when you bring a boat. There is a beautiful marina with an outdoor pool next to the hotel. You don't need a car because you can walk to 7 different restaurants and some have dock bars and live bands.

Nice room w/ a balcony and view of the harbor. the room was Clean and quiet. Disappointed that no free breakfast - the price is expensive for the room and then no free breakfast - disappointing. Pool was not available the night we stayed, also a disappointment. other than that it was good.

The website stated there was a hot tub. I called to confirm. There was no hot tub anymore. You could see where it had been covered up. The hot tub was why we chose that hotel. I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known it was no longer there.

Very disappointed. Way too expensive for such a poor experience. Our first room smelled horrible . Bathroom was very dirty Fridge had old food in it. They moved us to another room . Fridge smelled like fish , bathroom tub was dirty , trash in room. At this point we were exhausted and didn’t feel like changing . Room we were in had a nice bay view but right on the side of a loud restaurant- the live music from restaurant was incredibly loud - kept us up until after 1am. Housekeeping only is there every other day. When I requested towels - I had to go down myself to get them because they only literally have one employee on staff at a time - this is what I was told. Location was great , view was great but other than that would NOT recommend. And it was absolutely way overpriced for such a poor experience.

Arrived and checked in. Entered our room 324. Wife found hair on the soap in the bathroom. The shower had some mold and lastly the toilet bowl had a crack. We went to the front desk explained what we found. They apologized and moved us to a different room 102. Arriving to the new room the door was ajar and I had difficulty closing it and setting the dead bolt. The bathroom shower fixtures were faulty. Fill spout was 1 to 2 inches from the tiled wall and I could see the copper pipe. The shower control plate was loose.The door to the rooms porch was hard to open and the door hinges looked to have failed. Last thing was only one trash can in the room. Not happy camper!!!!

There was dried on blood on the elevator wall. There were some mystery stains on my wall in my room that came off with a wash rag. Lamp was unplugged and there was a good bit of dust on the floor. Ice machine on 3rd floor obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. Kept getting black stuff in my ice. Not just one or 2 pieces of black stuff, every time I used the ice machine I got black specs in my ice. Let the ice melt in my bucket and the bottom of the bucket had a good bit of black specs. Gross. Expected more for a Hilton. However. Great view Staff wasn’t exactly friendly. Went to check out, asked initial girl who checked me in to store my ice packs and lady at the desk was like “well I don’t know where they’re at?” Again, expected more from the Hilton

The room was nice but it had a musty odor when I arrived. Housekeeping came by to spray room freshener and the smell went away. But I thought it odd the room had a musty smell. Makes me wonder how well they cleaned the room in the first place.

got there at 3 room not ready, had to wait till they found a clean room, man at the desk was a little with me, charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in your room and lost cable second night, only clean your room every other day!

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional but we weren’t totally pleased with the condition of our room or the hotel itself. Our bathroom shower had no shower curtain (?) and one of the toilet lid screw covers was broken/missing and it was yucky looking. Corner seems of the shower were peeling. The first floor hallway leading to the elevators had an unpleasant odor and there were lots of stains trailing the hallway tile floor we noticed weren’t addressed during our stay.

Floors within my room were dirt . Up against wall edges in bathroom around shower, under sink vanity & floor in front of refrigerator . Reported it to management . Ok will notify housekeeping to do better . Wasn’t offered a discount. Never I have had a dirty room at a Hilton . Only hotel I use , always a beautiful room, nice bedding, good breakfasts. Always feel safe.

This is a beautiful hotel. We were given a room with a balcony. Gorgeous view of the bay. Lovely watching the sunset and then sunrise from the balcony. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. For the price would've been nice to have breakfast included but that's minor.

Buyer beware - spend the extra $$ for a waterfront suite and also get really loud, badly played live music from the outdoor bar literally steps away. Night I was there it was a very out of tune LOUD Elvis/Tom Jones wanna. Killed the gorgeous sunset, unfortunately. Guests should at least be forewarned upon check-in.

What you would expect of a Garden Inn except for the trash trucks. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. Loved that the rooms have balconies that overlook the bay. The huge downside - giant trash trucks showed up at 6:45 am to remove/empty dumpsters in the area. This went on for at least 30 minutes with loud backup beeping and the sound of the dumpsters clanging There is no way to sleep through this. Worse, there were two rounds of this. Would be a nice place if you're sure not to be there on trash day.

Service and friendliness of staff was awesome. Water pressure in shower was low and bathroom sink did not drain well. From 9:30 am until 10:30 there were no carts available to help with luggage. Overall was great.

We had a great stay in the junior suite. It was a great size, beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the bay. The breakfast is a bit expensive in my opinion, but overall we had a great stay.

I've stayed at this location several times and loved it. That said, this is the first time I've stayed on a lower-level floor (2), just above the jetty restaurant and bar, and it was LOUD! lol. It was somewhat annoying. Next time I'll request a top floor room.

Even though Expedia totally screwed up the reservation, the Assistant GM, Chloe Ramas was able to provide a great room facing the water with balcony. She was terrific; Efficient and pleasant! We had a wonderful time and will ask for that specific room the next time we visit Kent Island!

The lobby was very clean and updated. The fireplace was nice on the cold rainy day. There were two employees at the front desk, one I do not think was on duty yet and the other was finishing with a guest. There were multiple guests ( at least 6) waiting in the lobby for their rooms to be available. We arrived at check in and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes for a room to be available and we missed our dinner reservation due to the wait. The room itself was clean and although we had a balcony, it was dark. The view was of water in the distance and the parking lot and local bars. We had a drink at the lobby bar that evening and talked with the bartender whom was super friendly.
The lobby was very clean and updated. The fireplace was nice on the cold rainy day. There were two employees at the front desk, one I do not think was on duty yet and the other was finishing with a guest. There were multiple guests ( at least 6) waiting in the lobby for their rooms to be available. We arrived at check in and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes for a room to be available and we missed our dinner reservation due to the wait. The room itself was clean and although we had a balcony, it was dark. The view was of water in the distance and the parking lot and local bars. We had a drink at the lobby bar that evening and talked with the bartender whom was super friendly.

Buyer beware - spend the extra $$ for a waterfront suite and also get really loud, badly played live music from the outdoor bar literally steps away. Night I was there it was a very out of tune LOUD Elvis/Tom Jones wanna. Killed the gorgeous sunset, unfortunately. Guests should at least be forewarned upon check-in.

What you would expect of a Garden Inn except for the trash trucks. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. Loved that the rooms have balconies that overlook the bay. The huge downside - giant trash trucks showed up at 6:45 am to remove/empty dumpsters in the area. This went on for at least 30 minutes with loud backup beeping and the sound of the dumpsters clanging There is no way to sleep through this. Worse, there were two rounds of this. Would be a nice place if you're sure not to be there on trash day.

This is our third time staying here. Great staff, really nice rooms, balcony with a water view. The restaurants right around the hotel have awesome food too! Convenient location- Annapolis is not far away.

I've stayed at this location several times and loved it. That said, this is the first time I've stayed on a lower-level floor (2), just above the jetty restaurant and bar, and it was LOUD! lol. It was somewhat annoying. Next time I'll request a top floor room.

Tim the front desk agent was so kind and customer service was top tier. The location was nice. Now for the somewhat cons. Our first assigned room wasn't ready, which want's a big deal because Tim was able to put up in another room without skipping a beat. The new room's bathroom wasn't clean the toilet tank cover was hanging off and the bathroom sink had hair in it like someone had just finished grooming in there. The Jetty restaurant across the lot had pretty loud music playing. They did stop at a reasonable time but was still a little taken back by how loud the music was even with the windows and door closed. And the third issue, the breakfast that was included. If anyone reads this before booking. PLEASE SKIP THE BREAKFAST OPTION!!! It is a waste of money. We ended up driving to Cracker Barrel. The "Buffett" included only had coffee tea and few and when I say few I mean 3/4 pieces of fruit along with eggs, sausage and grits. THAT"S IT!!!! And there was only a few pieces of those items. All in all, will I stay there again, probably. If that was my last choice. The room rates on the weekend are RIDICULOUS!!!!

We traveled with a child and booked this place specifically for the indoor pool and the breakfast included. At the check-in we asked about the pool being open and were told it was indeed and that it was heated to the 82 degrees year round. An hour later we went to the pool to find out it the water and the room were barely warm. When asked at the front desk we were told it was broken. The breakfast is available but not included in the price. Expedia didn't make it clear at the booking

Our stay here at the Hilton Garden was great. The space was beautifully decorated in light calm colors and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Our room was clean and offered coffee with a Kureg coffee maker, which we really enjoy. They offered breakfast buffet or you can order from a menu. We sat at a table and ordered from the menu. The coffee was excellent, our breakfast was delicious and our waitress was wonderful and attentive. They also serve dinner at this location , which is a great option if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

The location was great and the staff was courteous and helpful. My wife and I were celebrating our fourth wedding anniversary and had reserved a room with a king sized bed. We were given 2 queen size beds, I am 6’6”tall and had to sleep on an angel.They did not tell us that at check in. We were switched to a king bed the next day. You only have one chance to make a great first impression.

I expected more from a Hilton hotel. We were disappointed with our bed, the tv wasn’t working right. No daily service for extra towels, toilet paper, and the staff didn’t engage with you or make you feel comfortable. All in all a very disappointing stay.
