Ants all over the bedroom. Pool closed before 7 at night, very limited breakfast that was burnt. Tv didnt work, called the front desk no one came up when called even though they said they would

Shuttle to pickup from Airport did not show up. Even after calling for more than 30 minutes no one picked up any phone.

Slow tedious check-in, printer broken, no hand sanitizer in any of the many dispensers, pool not open, bathroom a sight, handyman desperately needed everywhere, bar not well equipped, tender inexperienced, enough said.

Only one elevator was working and it sounded like it was ready to break down. Decided to take the stairs from the 4th floor and the 2nd floor lights were barely working and the last set of stairs had no lights whatsoever. That is an OSHA violation and a potential lawsuit should someone fall down. Manager told a couple the pool wasn't open. In July? The breakfast was freshly made, that was a good thing.

I never actually stayed there as Expedia claimed they had 24 hour shuttle, they didn't and my flight arrived after their shuttle stopped. They reused to refund even though wrong information caused me to make the reservation. They were nasty on the phone. Do not recommend.

Reasonably clean, no maid service 3 days I was there. Minimal breakfast, waffle machine. WiFi good. Lobby computer printer not available. Odd location in an office park, but maybe safer.

Wouldn’t have been so chuffed if this place was as described. I thought I just got a great deal! Nope. Hamboozled! The photos made this place look great! But, here we are, a week after Memorial Day, a pool drier than the Sahara… A “fitness center” that is 2 treadmills that don’t work, a janky elliptical, a stationary bike, a scale, and a pair of mismatched dumbbells (a 25# and a 15#)… and a room that’s falling apart: mold, mildew, and water damage EVERYWHERE. 4 throw pillow sized pillows on the king-sized bed that felt like daggers. Furniture that was beat to hell. And a tv so grainy it gave me childhood trauma vibes, 80s style. I absolutely PITY anyone who would have their wedding/reception here (that’s how this place is billed).

Hotel stunk of pot, Room #213, sliding doors haven't been cleaned in months, furniture old and falling apart, curtain falling off rod, no cover on (both) bed box spring, wall light sconces loose and could actually turn back and forth, shotty drywall patch work on ceiling (looks like a 10 year old did it), Ceiling paint rot and cracking in corners. CLEARLY NO MAINTENANCE or investments being done here. No umbrellas/shade at the pool. Pool hours S U C K 11:00am -5:00pm.....middle of summer.... really!

The place was a dump. I’m sure it was nice at one time but not anymore. There were leaking doors and windows that had clear damage caused around them. Only one elevator was working and it didn’t sound like it was in the best shape. The place seemed dirty. There were two treadmills and neither of them of worked.

My mom went on 4th of July just to go swimming in the outdoor pool. We literally rented a room for the night just to go swimming. When we got there it took us almost 30 min just to check in cause the guy was clueless and hr charged my mom twice which had to be fixed. The air felt like it wasn’t working so it was insanely hot. The room was dirty and humid and hot, and to top it all off the pool was closed. There were signs everywhere about pool hours and nothing was mentioned online or at check in but when we finally found the pool it had chains on the gate. We were there for all of an hour before leaving.

The guy at front desk was very nice and polite. The smell didn't have a fresh smell the carpet was stain and very dirty the bed had dirty spots on sheets bath tub was stain the whole place was terrible i wouldn't tell no one to stay her breakfast was nasty never again would I come back just dirty

I didn't like that hotel. The towers were old and look dirty. No cleaning service, I had to clean my room every day.

Roach in my room - room unsanitary dirty hallways were hot - no sanitizer in any of the holders I tried at the front desk in the hallway / won’t be coming back and no referral - can’t wait for the night to be over - I wish I could get a refund!!! Yuck

If I wasn’t there for an event I would never have picked this MOTEL. Dirty carpets, odor in the hall, and a mouse was in our room. Elevator felt as if it was on its last leg. Sheets were clean though. This place needs a major overhaul!!

The tub looked like someone peed in it. The tolit made noses that woke us up. Very outdated.

The place was dirty. Dirty hallways, stained rugs, smelled ‘dirty’, roaches in the room. This was by far the WORST ‘hotel’ i ever stayed in in my life. Quarter inch space at the bottom of the room doors between the floor and door. Wallpaper peeling off of the walls. I was given 3 different rooms in the matter of an hour. Initially got checked into room 507. Was there for about 2 minutes and immediately opened the window to try to let in fresh air to ease the nasty smell in the room, and minutes after that the smell of marijuana started coming into my room from someone outside on their balcony smoking. Called staff they came up and smelled it and moved me to room 610. He came to that room with me to check it out and make sure everything was ok. He went to open that sliding door to the balcony and that wouldn’t open at all. He then switched me to 616 and told me no more rooms were available and thats the last room. After about 25 minutes of being there i used the restroom, and flushed the toilet. Normally when a toilet is flushed u hear the water running and filling up the tank in the back preparing it for the next flush, but not this toilet. Once i flushed it the water ran in the toilet ALL NIGHT LONG. Literally, it ran from the time i flushed it around 12 am to the time i left at 10:50 am. Mind u, about 1-2 minutes after i realized that the water was still running when i knew it shouldn’t of been, i went back downstairs to the front desk AGAIN to tell the staff. NOTHING done!

Hotel picture on site does not match what is really there. My door was wide open when I went to my room. safety lock on door not working properly, mold on ceiling in shower, Carpet wet around air conditioner. remote not working on tv. Checked the mattress for bed bugs and the mattress had food crumbs all over it under the sheets. The whole lobby smelled like marijuana when I walked in the door. Was not a pleasant experience but I had not other choices as all the hotels I tried to get a room with close to airport were sold out. Definitely a privately owned property but really made me not ever want to stay at a Clarion Hotel again!

Deplorable unclean. Upper floors and parking lot smelled like stale urine. The AC unit was 3 d3cades old and crudded with black caked old dirt. Carpets on room floors badly soiled.. It is gross.

The hotel was old, dirty, and dingy. There was food left in my refrigerator and a water bottle left on the floor. The room was not clean properly. The air conditioner was not working. They switched my room the next day twice for dealing with similar issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would never stay there again also has been a month and still have not received my deposit back

This hotel is a good bargain and has clean and fully prepped rooms. My room cooling system was not adequate (On=too cold; off=too hot and no in between). Also the food options for breakfast were inadequate (no eggs, no fruit). I would return but check the heat/cool first and eat breakfast out.

The location is isolated and the rooms are outdated. The furniture is old and the carpet is not good.

Keys would not unlock the room. Housekeeping tried her master key & still could not get into room. Had to change room. Come back later that night & our tv isn’t working so another change of room. The water for shower took at least five minutes to get hot. No safety strips in shower making it very dangerous & I slipped. Had to hold onto grip bar the entire time in shower.

Only thing that could better is hace comfortable chairs and get queen beds.

Hotel is clearly in need of refurbishing, but it served for our purpose which was to arrive the day before our cruise instead of having to drive 6 hours on the day of the cruise.

The room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was ice cold.

The shuttle and chef were so accommodating and personable. The hotel rooms were adequate but could use a refresh and new carpet. Coffee service stops at 9 am and it would have been nice to have coffee available for those of us that could not get moving before 9.

The staff here was wonderful! They were kind and very accommodating. They were willing to switch our room upon finding out the lock on the sliding door did not work. They also worked to get the breakfast room open when it was not open at the posted time. The building had obvious signs of water damage on the walls and ceilings, poorly patched holes in walls, stained carpets, and the furniture in the lobby was very dirty/stained. The ice machines were taken out of most floors. The second floor hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but didn’t find that to be the case on the other floors. The room itself appeared to have clean linens, and vacuumed floors, and the bathroom was clean. The carpets need to be shampooed, the furnishings need painted/repaired/updated, and there are not nearly enough outlets, as evidenced by the 6 outlet extender under the TV. The sliding glass door did not lock, but we did later find it had a metal bar to keep it shut. The shuttle service to the airport doesn’t begin until 7:00 am so we were unable to use it, needing to leave around 6:00.

because of the recent storm, phone lines were out. I had trouble connecting to the hotel to get a shuttle from the airport. Also, when I arrived to check in, the main desk was unstaffed. There is no bell to ring for a staff person.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The folks working there are very accomodating and pleasant. Everyone of them.

The lady that checked us in was very personable. We were in our rooms in no time.

Check in took a long time. Too many extra forms to sign. Couldn’t get much on TV. Room was adequate and contained necessities. At this point have been billed by Hotels.com and Clarion. Why ?

Nasty attitude from the young man at the desk overnight. Got to the room and the door was cracked open with the smoke alarms battery beeping. The woman in the am had an even worse attitude. Other than that it was quiet

The hotel staff did not check me in correctly so my room was double booked. I woke up at 6 am the next morning to someone trying to enter my room. I was told that the manager would call me but I never received a phone call.

Proximity to airport

This property was remote and although it advertised hotelshuttle the times were limited. I had to rent a car to endure i made it to the airport on time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists or business trips.

I liked the fact they have a pool and they also had breakfast.I didn't like that it wasn't close to any stores

Property is overpriced for condition. Room was old and musty smelling. The Property need updating to demand current rates. Unable to obtain Folio at Checkout. One upside was convenient location to Airport

This place was good for an overnight stay and 6mins from mall and cansino but they do need to upgrade rooms and lobby

Nicely located hotel that still offers affordable rides to Washington DC. The hotel itself was a little worn down and the breakfast manageable. I'd stay here on business, but not pleasure.

The location is close to the highway, in an office/industrial area. The staff was very friendly. The room was large and clean. There were some dried paint drips on the carpet and we had to plug in some of the lights to get them working. The AC unit was less noisy than most so we slept well. The elevators were v e r y s l o w but otherwise functional. Unfortunately, our morning started with barely luke warm water that never warmed enough to stand in the spray. The breakfast was disappointing. It might have been better earlier, but by 7:30 AM the hash browns were cold and the eggs were very dried out. The hotel is convenient to the area around Arundel Mills. We rated higher than the property really deserved because the staff was so friendly.

Property needs repair, restoration or should be closed down. The restaurant & bar is out of service. Breakfast is not expansive.

room was bare but fine. breakfast was awful. some inedible. waffle too fell on my hand and burned me. took off the skin. still dealing with it. lost luggage and front desk had no toothbrush.

Room was excellent and food/drink at bar was out of this world. Wings were 5 star!!!

The room assigned to us was not painted, there were stains on the walls, the carpet seemed very old, the bed made noises when you moved, breakfast had spoiled milk, juice was terrible.
