The staff was average everyone doing job but nothing special. We arrived to fire truck blocking entrance and getting some one out of elevator that was struck had to walk 4 flights to room with luggage in tow. Breakfast was okay but was complimentary. Stay wasn't terrible but also not great. Beds were comfortable and room was cool

When I checked in, I was informed that my room was on the 4th floor but the elevator only went to the 3rd floor and I'd have to walk up the stairs from the 3rd to 4th floor. Supposedly, this room was the only one available. I was annoyed that I was not notified ahead of check in that the elevator was not fully working and that I may have to carry my luggage (and pets that I brought with me) up stairs.

I went to the front desk to ask for towels and washcloths, which were not in the room and was told they would have to see what was available. Not only was I disturbing the gentleman’s phone call but he was reluctant to be of assistance. I received three towels no washcloths or small hand towels. Our room door also would not close completely. We had to use a chair to secure the door. Also, upon arrival there was dirt on the toilet seat as well as in the sink. Bed linen was also dirty. I ended up going to purchase bed linen to use. Also, the gym and laundry facilities were out of service during our stay. I inquired about the guest laundry facilities and he says yes, we have them, but they’re not working. Probably not a place to stay the noise level all night long was ridiculous. I called the front desk to see if it could be resolved and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it. It was absolutely ridiculous Yelling, screaming, running banging on door and loud music.

The elevator kept breaking down. I was locked in the elevator when it shut down and no one would respond the help button. My wife had to go to the front desk to get the employee who was playing on his phone to reboot the elevator ( escuse was that the basement was too cold and systems would shut down. Changed rooms 3 times ( key wouldn't work, air conditioning wouldn't work, rooms were dusty). With breakfast the employee would keep an eye on what we were taking and question us that we had eaten when we hadn't even finished eating.

Moment I entered the room there were roaches. I had ticking feeling inside the bed not sure it was dust mittens or bed bugs . The room was having musky odor. The ac unit was very loud . I do not recommend this place.

Stayed here for the capital Jazz festival and we usually have no issues with la Quinta but this year our room was infested with ants !!! We called the fro t desk and they bought up a bottle of ant spray to our room which had an awfully strong smell . It worked to keep the ants away temporarily but the next night we had the same issue . I was really displeased with the hotel for not giving us another room.

We found a bug bed and it makes us leave earlier. when we found the bug in the morning we told them about it, they asked if we have the bug then I showed them what I found in my phone and the napkin. Nothing they did. Pay more for a better hotel do not waste your time with this one.

Unfortunately my room had ants in it. They were able to move me although it was right across the hall i had to wait 3 hours for a new room to be cleaned and had hurt my back the day before and the elevator stopped working right at the same time so i couldnt get a cart and transfer my stuff that way i had to carry everything down the hall. I figured they would offer some sort of compensation but they didnt. The property was decently nice otherwise and the staff were pretty friendly.

Cons: Our tv was broken and glitching which made it unwatchable. We found a mens cologne and old socks from previous guests. Our door to our room would periodically not open. The breakfast eggs and meat were very clearly microwaved. The walls were very thin. The elevator sounded like it could use some updating. The water pressure in the shower was like 2/5. We could not control our air conditioning, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work so our room would get really hot. Pros: Had a printer that was easy to use. Ample parking. Quiet back road. The staff was very kind and helpful!

We were right outside the elevator, which was going up and down at all hours of the night, only to ding on each floor. Didn't feel like the cleanliest room. House keeping didnt come either so we had to go get more towels on our own. Rather pay more $$ for cleaner rooms and a quiet hotel.

Room was fairly clean but the bed it was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning was so incredibly loud that I could not sleep all night. I was doing the road trips solo, sleep is essential! I ended up driving a couple hours and finding a different hotel so I could get a good night's sleep.

When we first walk in the attendant already had an attitude. Was rude to my husband when he asked if he should sign both checkin forms for our room and our son’s room. Found hair in our bed and the bedspread had stains. The tv had hands prints ALL over it & this place is in a remote area and would not go back to this La Quinta.

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. When my room key didn't work and we needed to go to the desk to have it re-activated, there was no apology for inconvenience. Not worth the money, or any money, really.

Had a problem with my TV , main desk gave me another room in less than 5 minutes . Customer Service was great.

Pet friendly- THANK YOU! Clean. Nice sized fitness area. Good breakfast. Mattress and pillows are in need of updating (not comfortable). Room got cleaned and restocked daily. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Kind of sketchy area on the street - garbage/furniture piled up and a lot of semis parked nightly outside of hotel on the street.

We arrived late around 12.30 AM and the front desk staff greeted us with a smile. The room was perfect and the sheets were clean. All bath essentials were provided and towels were clean too. Breakfast is served from 6 30AM to 10AM and had enough options to choose from. We loved the stay, though for a short time and would definitely come back.

We always stay at this LaQuinta when traveling back to NY and we love it. It is perfectly located to break up our trip and is an easy on and off 95. Besides welcoming our cat, the view ( if your room faces the back ) is zen like, tranquil and is totally unexpected from the hotel location. Love everything. Staff is superhelpful.

Room smelled terrible and ac didn’t work. Eventually got moved to another room. Near truck stop. We were in town for lax tourney and wouldn’t recommend for family travel.

There wasn't coffee ready at 6:05am and I waited 10 minutes, but i had to leave because I had a specific time to be at work, and I wouldn't make it had I waited. I specifially checked to make sure there would be breakfast at 6am. Unfortunately not. all I needed was a coffee and on the go.

One of the worse hotels to stay at. The room smelled of cigarettes and weed, there stains all over the bed sheets and toilet seat and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Great place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean and a great size overall. Breakfast was good for a free one for sure. Plenty of parking and staff were very nice. Would recommend and stay again

I’ll start with the staff. Both check in and checkout went smoothly and both staff members were kind and polite. The corridors smelled a little musty and our room as well. I originally booked this hotel because the pictures showed LVT flooring in the bedrooms but when we walked in the LVT stopped at the bathroom and the rest was carpet. I am highly allergic to dust mites so I avoid carpet like the plague. This was disappointing but there was no point in complaining to the staff as this is not something that can be changed. Some other issues were: 1. The peep hole on the door was blocked with a piece of tissue. When we removed it we noticed the peep hole was broken and you couldn’t really get a view of the corridor. 2. There was trash behind our TV. 3. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken although they did place the little bottles of shampoo on top of the sink I guess to make up for the large broken one. 4. The faucet was wobbly. 5. The pillows felt weird. Like it had little chunks of foam instead of a uniform, solid material. 6. The bed was okay, a little too soft for me but that’s a me preference. 7. The AC unit was loud. So we didn’t really get a good night sleep because it would make a loud noise every time it started up. All and all, it is a 2 star hotel but the maintenance could be improved but what was annoying was the carpet flooring. That’s not what the picture of their rooms when making the reservation showed.
