The hotel is ridiculously close to the Capitol beltway, and conveniently accessible to anything in the area. Be mindful that the hotel has an entertainment room (night club) on the ground floor, so parking and ground floor navigation may be a challenge, depending on the time. The staff was pleasant and the room was adequate. For the price, you're not going to get opulence, but it was clean. It's not ultra modern, but again, for the price, it's extremely adequate.

Parking here is horrible! When they rent out their event room, forget on fi ding a parking spot if you arrive after the event starts! Had to find a place to park at an adjacent property and wound up having my car towed!

Two cars were vandalized in front of the main entrance of the hotel, the cars were damaged, one with a smashed glass and both of them the four wheels were stolen. It is unbelievable that the front desk wasn’t aware of this issue was happening in front of the main entrance of the hotel

It’s not a fancy hotel but I think the value is great. The 2 queen bed room was very spacious for our group of three. I really appreciated the hassle-free complimentary parking. The outdoor pool was lovely and an awesome part of our weekend. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly the only thing that bothered me was both nights we were there there was a party and when me and my husband came back from our outings the hotel parking lot was so full that we had to park so far away!

My daughter, grandkids 8,2,1 years old and I checked out in the morning headed out to breakfast getogether. Found my daughter’s car on the ground with 4 tires stolen. Another car couple stales down same thing with his window smashed. Ran inside to talk to front desk with no sympathy but a “yeah u should call the police “ I also asked because they charge $10 a person for breakfast if they could comp breakfast just for the kids because they were hungry. Response “let me check “ they did end up letting the kids eat. We got more sympathy n help by all the guests staying at the hotel. And a big thank you to all of them. A lady bought water for the kids, some offered to watch the children since we were in the parking lot. But absolutely no apology, sympathy or care from staff. I have NEVER had an experience like this EVER at a hotel or motel.

Bizarre Saturday night. There was not a single parking space available when we came back to hotel at 10:30 PM. There were 2 events going on and hundreds of cars driving around looking for spots. Total chaos--Sheriff's officer was there. Had to stay at another hotel. No help from front desk or hotel manager.

Hotel is in desperate need for an upgrade. I was assigned a room and the bedsheet was DIRTY/SOILED. Went back to the front desk to inform them. My room was changed. You guessed it. It bedsheet was also soiled. Infact the second room was worse that the first. I politely informed them that I would NOT be staying and asked for my refund.

Dirty wash cloth in my closet. Hair in sink and tub. Toilet was dirty. And I had to clean it myself. With the hotels cleaning supplies because they didn’t have any housekeeping staff, and the front desk person didn’t offer. This hotel is an embarrassment honestly.

Eventhough this didnt bother me; be aware this hotel has a lounge where they have DJ and outside guests attending nightly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Rooms are dated need newer furniture and smelled old. Friendly staff and clean room.

The "club" was SO LOUD... Even on the third floor the music was loud enough to keep me awake and be annoying. Check in was painfully slow even at midnight and the room was meh. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Went on a family trip with my teenager to see Morgan Wallen! Wanted to check in early due to time we had to leave for concert to find out the room would be ready but they were charging $50 to check in even a minute early like I mean literally 2:58 $50 charge!! There was a huge line at 3:00 to check in due to this policy that was ridiculous to us all! Hotel was outdated. The fridge in our room if you wanted anything cold leaked horribly to the point the next morning there was a huge puddle of water in the furniture the fridge was in. Room smelt ehhh probably has mold cause of that fridge situation. For a one night stay it was okay but for more than that I would have asked for a different room and I won’t stay again.

We were charged $50 to check in 3 hours early when our room was clearly ready and it was evident the hotel was not full. Rooms are clean but dingy especially the bathrooms are kind of gross wouldn’t want to shower in them. Need updating for sure.

My stay was great, we always stay at this location whenever we come in town because we are comfortable here and it feels like home however our entire stay when we requested more blankets, washcloths and towels they were never available. We also requested a roll away bed for $25 but that was unavailable as well. I enjoyed my stay but I didn't like the way we were treated when I requested a late check out. I was informed it would be an additional cost of $50 and questioned that but I agreed because I stepped to pick up some stuff, and didn't have any other option than to pay. However, there big bang on the door after I agreed to pay and it was another employee at the door with an attitude to inform me about the additional cost for not checking out on time. That wasn't a good experience and you should do better with that. I enjoyed my stay but I didn't like the way we were treated when I requested a late check out. I was informed it would be an additional cost of $50 and questioned that but I agreed because I stepped to pick up some stuff, and didn't have any other option than to pay. However, there big bang on the door after I agreed to pay and it was another employee at the door with an attitude to inform me about the additional cost for not checking out on time. That wasn't a good experience and you should do better with that. It would also be helpful to inform guests at check-in about the extra charge, as most hotels accept late check-out requests with any additional cost. Other than that we enjoyed our stay overall.

Overall was good for our 1 night stay. It is next to an interstate so we heard the noise. The AC in the first room was broken so they relocated us without problem. Staff was very friendly.

This property looks abandoned from the outside but once you enter the lobby it looks better ! The rooms are out dated and ice machine wasn’t working on our floor the lounge that was available beneath the hotel should be free for guests. First time booking I wouldn’t book again only because I had to drive pretty far to get to where I wanted to go !

I like the location of the hotels it was convenient. Also the service staff I spoke to was accommodating, even though it seem like they couldn't speak English. I think the hotel needs to upgrade the washrooms. Also for the price of the hotel I think breakfast should have been included.

They have a gift shop but was not open at all times posted. There is a nightclub on premise that has very strict dress code and cover charge. Breakfast was excellent. Beds are uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow because the ones they have a little.

The morning staff was a great improvement over the nighttime check-in staff. His cheerfulness helped me start my day wonderfully. I visited during an August weekend with an extremely high humidity day/night cycle. Staying in a room on the sixth floor was less than ideal. The bed was comfortable and allowed me to fall asleep. The AC cooled the room to 68 degrees F, but when it reached the temperature it shut off and the room became stuffy. This continual fluctuation in room temperature did cause me to wake up a few times during the night.
