Check in was excellent...very capable and helpful front desk (especially at 1am when I checked in!). Room was fine-elevator was dirty at 4am when we left. Someone either forgot to use the garbage or was just completely selfish as they threw their chicken meal and bones all over the elevator floor. But otherwise, I am sure we would stay here again. They have a great shuttle and the driver was alao very helpful!

The shuttle was nice. I think one of the guys was a little too flirty on the shuttle, it made me feel a little uncomfortable. So You do have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast is not free. I think it's $15.99. I make a breakfast.The 1st day, it was not good.My pancakes were fried, so they were super hard all the way around and I could hear the pan that it was in sizzling , so i'm thinking something might have been wrong with the heating element or whatever they used to make it. There was a guy that worked there.I think his name might have been James. He was a tall black guy, he was very helpful and attentive , and I appreciated that. There was a couple that was next door to me and they had a baby and the baby was crying and I was working inside of my room, and it was very loud to the point that I requested to have my room changed and he was able to change it and make sure that I was in a room and not by someone who had a baby or small children, it was greatly appreciated. I was able to conduct my interview without interruptions and finish the rest of my work up.

I needed a last minute spot to tide us over during a complicated travel SNAFU. This place had free parking, shuttles, and most importantly for us--self-service washer/dryer. Wasn't a normal stay so we didn't check out all the usual amenities, but it was the right place at the right time!
