Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites

My room was disgustingly hot. The air conditioning was broken and the best the staff could do was send someone to fix It after my check out.

Our flight in was delayed. Even though we had checked in online our corner suite was given away. We were given an ADA room instead, which was in disrepair. We were told it was the only room left, and that that their fault, but Hotels.com fault. I don’t really care whose fault it is, I’m the consumer who was left with a vastly different experience than I paid for. Lastly, in the essence of customer service I asked if it was possible to get a late check out. After being told multiple times over more than one day then the person I needed to ask wasn’t there, when they finally were they flatly and rudely said no, because they needed the room. Very disappointed to say the least, I would not stay here again.
