I rate 4 out of 5. The property was in line with what i expected for the price I paid. My room was large, the facility was clean, the staff was very nice, it was nearby where I needed to be, and it has free parking. There is nothing luxurious about the room or the facility in general— but I didn’t expect there to be. I would stay there again if the same circumstances for visiting Baltimore arose.

The showerhead leaked the first night. That was scary. Housekeeping crew was funny and they were nice. Sheets were stained and clean sheets were brought to us upon request and we were told to change them ourselves. Nobody was rude about it. Fountainside Restaurant is lacking in their menu and the prices were not reasonable and then it took forever to actually receive the food we ordered.

Excellent stay! We were there for one night for the BTS concert so didn’t use all amenities or dined at the restaurant so can’t comment on that. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in that area!
