The entire building was full of gnats. I had to go across the street to Walmart and buy gnat traps! There is no air conditioning in the hallways, there are dead plants in the front lobby, & the property is badly in need of an overhaul. My stay was miserable. I almost snapped when I realized some of the gnats had gotten into my car! This is my second experience with Expedia like this and I’ve learned my lesson.

Breakfast was mediocre. Vending machines out of service. Blankets and sheets stained. A/C was off and room was hot (middle of summer people want to arrive into a nice cool room.) Staff was friendly except for older gentleman. I could have received same level of service and amenities at a cheap motel for a significantly lower rate. Im very disappointed.

Old and worn and it smelled of old smoke. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had clean beds, but everything was past well worn. The floors in the hallway were broken. The windows were rusty and pealing. It might have been a great hotel 20 years ago. It needs a major redo. Definitely not worth 160.00 a night.

Customer service was fine, but stale cigarette smoke was so strong, my asthma flares up. Greasy marks on the headboard, overall dirty l. Exterior doors would not close properly and anyone could walk in. Not safe.

The property is outdated. Dark and textured walls in the bedrooms. Hallways are institution-like. Remodeling needed. Check in staff was pleasant and the process was efficient. Had problem with television and the person sent to assist informed us that moving to another room would be hit or miss. Could end up with one with an air conditioner that did not work or a television with the same issues. Refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Clean bathroom and linens.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking area was close to the rooms. However, the general public races through the parking lot making it difficult to park. The birds relieve themselves and no one is cleaning the area so you have to dodge big bird droppings. The rooms and inside of the hotel were sufficient and comfortable. I was generally pleased. The person who checked us in was awesome and so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though our room was not well cleaned. There was beard hair in the sink, bugs in the bathtub and a couple of flies in the room. It smelled musty and there were really gross white splotches on the bed skirt.

This room was definitely not up to the standards we usually have found with Quality Inn. There is mold all over the walls and in the bathroom. The lighting is dismal. The room has not been carefully cleaned as there were toenail clippings on the carpet. We were very disappointed and especially so because of the price---way to high!

Hotel is older and dated. There was some attempt to update but rooms were not great. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way, toilet seat was broken, walls and carpet were worn. However, beds seemed newer and somewhat comfortable

The only thing is that the showers have no grab bars to hold onto. I have an unstable left leg and to get into the shower with nothing to hold onto is dangerous for me. This last visit I did not take a shower because of this. It's a scary situation for me. Other than that the visit was great.

Hotel and room were fine BUT wanted to watch ESPN and for some reason it was out. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9am but all the eggs were gone by 8:30 and staff made no attempt to refill although many people came to breakfast from 8:30 and 9 am

We have stayed here a few times and would definitely stay again. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable.Applebees is right out the main entrance and there are several restaurants close by. Several shopping centers close by as well.

2 night trip for baseball. Night 1, Wi-Fi was terrible, and fire stick tv would not even get internet connection. Lady at front desk was nice, but not helpful to get working internet or tv. Night 2 we discovered another Wi-Fi that actually worked that the lady at the front desk was not aware of. After I got the kids tablet online the tv would not work at all and I had to reset the fire stick. After I got the tv to work, but would continue to cut out with no internet. On morning 2 we had a later game start of the day and we head down for breakfast at 9:10. There was a line of people making waffles and no eggs or sausage like the morning before. At 9:34 I walked up to the guy at the desk and asked if he was going to put more eggs or sausage out. He informed me that breakfast ended at 9:30 and what was out was it and seemed very inconvenienced that I was asking for more that I have been waiting on for 24 minutes at that point. At 9:49 some of the front desks friends came in, and he had no problem making them eggs and sausage when they came in. Shower head was cracked and was actively flooding the floor of the bathroom when trying to take a shower. The only plus side of this hotel was it was decently clean beside a pair of women’s dirty underwear in the parking lot.

Check in was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was clean. No odor which was very nice. However, the house keeping could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. The little side mirror had fingerprints. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast had eggs but no meat. They usually go hand in hand. Waffle batter and liquid were separated as if they sat out all night and was practically empty. If you know u have guests, even if not many, and u serve breakfast, you should put ur best and the freshest on the table for ur guests. That is the last impression they have before checking out. I can tell they did some renovation which was nice to see but still have ways to go. I will stay here again bc the staff is nice and accommodating. For the price I will be back.

We have stayed here a few times and have zero complaints. Rooms and hotel are super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

2 night trip for baseball. Night 1, Wi-Fi was terrible, and fire stick tv would not even get internet connection. Lady at front desk was nice, but not helpful to get working internet or tv. Night 2 we discovered another Wi-Fi that actually worked that the lady at the front desk was not aware of. After I got the kids tablet online the tv would not work at all and I had to reset the fire stick. After I got the tv to work, but would continue to cut out with no internet. On morning 2 we had a later game start of the day and we head down for breakfast at 9:10. There was a line of people making waffles and no eggs or sausage like the morning before. At 9:34 I walked up to the guy at the desk and asked if he was going to put more eggs or sausage out. He informed me that breakfast ended at 9:30 and what was out was it and seemed very inconvenienced that I was asking for more that I have been waiting on for 24 minutes at that point. At 9:49 some of the front desks friends came in, and he had no problem making them eggs and sausage when they came in. Shower head was cracked and was actively flooding the floor of the bathroom when trying to take a shower. The only plus side of this hotel was it was decently clean beside a pair of women’s dirty underwear in the parking lot.

This is a great place to stay, as it’s only 30 minutes from Ocean City! However, it could use some improvements. I requested two non-smoking rooms—one was clean, but the other smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke.

We have stayed here a few times and would definitely stay again. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable.Applebees is right out the main entrance and there are several restaurants close by. Several shopping centers close by as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking area was close to the rooms. However, the general public races through the parking lot making it difficult to park. The birds relieve themselves and no one is cleaning the area so you have to dodge big bird droppings. The rooms and inside of the hotel were sufficient and comfortable. I was generally pleased. And I will return

I always have a decent stay at Quality in, they are always nice, always clean, if I’ve ever had an issue they will fix it promptly. For everything you get they are not overly expensive. They are in a safe area, well lit parking lot, near tons of things to do. I do wish they had some more breakfast options.

Check in was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was clean. No odor which was very nice. However, the house keeping could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. The little side mirror had fingerprints. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast had eggs but no meat. They usually go hand in hand. Waffle batter and liquid were separated as if they sat out all night and was practically empty. If you know u have guests, even if not many, and u serve breakfast, you should put ur best and the freshest on the table for ur guests. That is the last impression they have before checking out. I can tell they did some renovation which was nice to see but still have ways to go. I will stay here again bc the staff is nice and accommodating. For the price I will be back.

Shops and restaurants were walking distance. Building old, room may be better if wasn't painted dark brown. Pillows were either too hard or too high; beds were softer than our preference. New towels were provided on the 2nd day but trash weren't collected. Hot breakfast was available but same thing for 3 days with egg whites were not thrilled. May be the East coast way...

Hotel and room were fine BUT wanted to watch ESPN and for some reason it was out. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9am but all the eggs were gone by 8:30 and staff made no attempt to refill although many people came to breakfast from 8:30 and 9 am

Dated - tired but seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable. Noise from adjoining room very loud. Breakfast including coffee was actually the worst I’ve ever seen/had.

The beds were comfortable. The beds were sturdy evidence by my 6 and 8 year old doing gymnastics from bed to bed. The hotel was quiet. My children enjoyed the breakfast. There were flies and a plethora of odors. I was there for a bike ride and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch. All in all the hotel was serviceable.

This hotel was filthy! The hallways were filled with flies swarming around several different dried spills of different colors that had obviously been there for days. The smell from the different spills was overwhelming. The floor of the room itself was sticky in several places with obvious spills. The sheets on the bed were not tucked in properly and revealed a large, dark brown stain on one of the mattresses. The overall hotel was so dirty that we were not comfortable showering or using the sheets or blankets, but the whole hotel was so dirty that changing rooms didn’t seem like it would help. It was a very uncomfortable night. The next morning, I saw that the cleaning staff did not have mops despite the fact that all of the floors were tile or wood. The staff was friendly and nice, but they clearly didn’t have the proper cleaning supplies. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.
