The property is nice. Very quiet, free parking and very nice staff. The only take away was there was no vending machine on my floor. When i needed water in the middle of the night i had to go down to the front desk area. Althought it was quick and painless. Other than that it was a nice stay.

They ran out of food for breakfast. Looked like employees allowed family and friends into the hotel to use the pool and eat the food. Very disappointing to have chosen a hotel with breakfast to then not have breakfast provided and over 15 kids in the pool that were not staying there.

The weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The lobby bathroom had a shared toilet paper holder in between the two stalls. You could see right thru to the toilet next to you. Also the AC in common areas didn’t work. The elevator and hallways were brutally hot

The property is well kept and modern, the room was super clean and the property was clean overall, the staff is very friendly, housekeeping was efficient, there’s a lot of parking and it was nice that it was free, near a lot of stores and restaurants, property is isolated so it’s quiet when it’s time to sleep, breakfast buffet was excellent, I was able to use the business center and able to print, wifi is strong when I had an important exam, most importantly the AC was working great the whole time and was very strong. 10/10 recommend this place

The accommodating and welcoming engagement of staff and management is wonderful. The rooms are always impeccably clean with no signs of wear/tear with their towels, carpets, or linens. The layout is cozy, but not restrictive or "close" - very comfortable for a couple. One of my favorite places to go for a quick local getaway break or quiet 2-3 day rest. Always excellent.

Didn’t like much of anything. The common areas were dirty and stayed dirty during our stay. Additionally, we almost didn't get to stay because they told us that we shouldn't have booked 3rd party (Expedia) because they gave our reserved room away to walk ins because we didn't check in at 3pm. They did this to us and the guy in line behind us. They were eventually able to find a room after claiming they were sold out, then doubled down on "since we weren’t there at 3pm" that's why they gave our room away. They even mentioned that they prefer the "guaranteed money" of a walk in over a reservation that was placed before hand and hadn't shown up yet.

The room is not quite clean. There was red mold in the corner of the shower and there was a dead fly trapped inside of the light inside of the bathroom. There was a long black hair on the towel in the bathroom as well. The microwave wasn’t entirely clean either. It had a strong stale coffee scent. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was clean. I liked that they had breakfast options. The staff in the front is very friendly and always greet you upon arrival and when you’re leaving. The guy who took care of breakfast is polite and helpful too.

The rooms were clean but unfortunately my heat was not working for a whole night. The maintenance man had to replace the unit while we were in the room laying in our beds. The tv remotes only worked if I at the dresser in front of the tv. Breakfast was good for what it was but I wish there were a non pork meat option. I know that's a specific dietary request but it would've been a nice touch. Management was not able to comp my first night of misery because I booked through Hotels.com

My stay was great! The room was real nice and i appreciate walking in and seeing my name on the tv that was dope. The bed was very comfy. The only slight issue was the water pressure in the sink being very slight but other than that it was lovely. The free breakfast was great too.

Only thing I did not enjoy was that our room never cooled off. It was hot and I do not think our refrigerator worked. Drinks did not cool and food spoiled after one night. Other than that it was a really good stay. The staff was definitely A1. From the front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen staff to whomever. They were ALL very friendly. It’s in a great location and walkable. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Upon checking in at 4:00 our room was not ready. After some time we took a lesser room. The following morning housekeeping was knocking on our door, followed by a phone call by the front desk and finally another knock on the door. The lady stated no one was supposed to be in that room. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room itself was a comfortable size with 2 queen beds. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated to accommodate my needs. On a downside, the hotel desperately needs renovations. The breakfast was la la, featuring powdered eggs. Upon checkout, they were not willing to consider a late checkout (not even an hour). I guess I’m used to a certain level of service where they’ll at least consider it. Whether they’re able to or not is another story, but at least they would look at the possibility. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time. Disappointing.

Perfect location for our stay. We had several shops in walking distance which gave us a nice chance to get some fresh air without driving. It was quiet and breakfast was great!

The rooms were clean but unfortunately my heat was not working for a whole night. The maintenance man had to replace the unit while we were in the room laying in our beds. The tv remotes only worked if I at the dresser in front of the tv. Breakfast was good for what it was but I wish there were a non pork meat option. I know that's a specific dietary request but it would've been a nice touch. Management was not able to comp my first night of misery because I booked through Hotels.com

They ran out of food for breakfast. Looked like employees allowed family and friends into the hotel to use the pool and eat the food. Very disappointing to have chosen a hotel with breakfast to then not have breakfast provided and over 15 kids in the pool that were not staying there.

This hotel was excellent in service and cleanliness. The staff was very professional and provided great customer service with a smile. We slept comfortable. The on-site breakfast was reasonably good. We took our pups and they were very accommodating. The only downside, some dog owners did not scoop the poop. We had to maneuver an obstacle course when walking our pups. And yes, we picked up after them. Bags are provided, if needed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The room, staff and service was excellent but the free breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were cold, there was no sausage or bacon.There were no muffins or pastries. Usually there is some kind of hash browns or potatoes.It was a Saturday and crowded so things should have been restocked. Other Hampton Inn’s did better but Waldorf was bad.

Overall it was clean, staff was pleasant, and parking was good. I would have liked for there to have been more options other than pork for breakfast meat. For health reasons everyone cannot eat pork.

My only issue with property is breakfast... I went down at 9:20 and they were out of eggs, and didnt have any more. Breakfast was until 10:00, so to run out of a main item 40 mins bf, was not good.

The hotel is in a great location, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. However, the elevators definitely need attention. One elevator got stuck during my stay, while the other was out of service, which was concerning and inconvenient. Overall, the location was a plus, but I would recommend servicing the elevators to improve guest safety and experience.

Our king room with sofa bed reservation was not honored. When we arrived, we were informed that the king rooms were not available. We had to accept a two queen room. The room was very dim, one of the lightbulbs was out and a maintenance man did eventually replace it. The TV did not function properly. We were most distressed that we were not able to have the king size room with sofa bed that we reserved. I had made the reservation through Hotels.com two months prior to our visit. The check-in clerk did not offer an explanation nor an apology for the fact that our reservation was not honored. We are not happy with what happened and probably will not stay at that Hampton ever again.

One of the mattresses was the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress that I’ve ever slept on. I could literally feel the wires. The pillows were flat and flimsy and needed to be replaced. My back is still hurting 2 nights after the last night in that bed….The TV was inoperable in one of the rooms that I reserved; however, someone came and checked the TV and replaced the remote control, making the TV operate properly….There was a ring of dirt in the bathtub in one of the rooms. The front desk staff person asked to see the picture of the ring of dirt and said that she would “pass it on” to the manager, who would be on site the next day. I have as of yet to hear from the manager. The bathtub was unusable for the duration of our stay. The occupants of that room had to walk down the hallway and shower in the other room….I stayed this past Friday and Saturday night and the attendant in the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed during the rush of the last 2 hours of breakfast. She needed help keeping food stocked in the worst way. Keeping food stocked is definitely a 2-person job on weekends…. On a positive note, the facility as a whole was well maintained and appeared to be very clean. The water was very hot in the bathroom and there was great water pressure.
