Tolles Hotel! Jederzeit wieder! Klasse wäre wenn die Hotels in den USA endlich Mal vom Einweggeschirr wegkämen....

Kind of loud in the evening. People yelling in the hallway on my floor for about 10 minutes. Elevator floors were filthy.

Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly

My whole stay was great, honestly. I was able to check in early before I joined the hotel rewards, that was huge. The room was super clean. The breakfast selection was huge and fully stocked. The only complaint I have about the whole experience was about the pool. There were a handful of kids 8-13 years old in the pool screaming for the better part of 5 hours. It was really overwhelming. And since the pool is much smaller than expected, there wasn't really a way to enjoy that space with the unsupervised kids.
