The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Unfortunately, most of the property feels run down. Our room had a peeling ceiling and stained bathtub. Disappointing since I remember when staying at a Hampton Inn was a nice middle-class experience. Nothing fancy but it was always kept up.

Room was clean, the only issue we really had was we wanted sheets for the pull-out so our 2 yr old to sleep on. Went down to the front desk worker had her AirPods in talking on her cell phone. I asked for sheets she said “no prob I’ll bring them to your room” asked for the room I told her and went back up to my room. They never came, our little one fell asleep in mom/dad’s bed so I didn’t bother going back again. Wish the receptionist would’ve been more focused on her guest.
