Convenient stop for our one night stay. We had two bikes and a dog with us. Needed easy parking. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Panera and a plum market in the complex was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Our room was an upgrade with snack/drinks, convenient parking and a big plus was accepting pets with no additional charge. The price was also excellent! We will definitely stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future.

This property is an old fashioned motel. It looks like an "inn" on the website but all doors exit outside on the hallways. They had photoshopped a fancy entrance which was misleading. It is a little worn out. We paid $250 Canadian for this property per night because I had booked it early in July to go to a Michigan game in late November and it was one of the cheaper options then. The night before we got there we saw it listed for $80 Canadian. For $80 a night - it is a fine place to go to sleep - clean and cheap. For $250 it was very disappointing. It was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable so bring your own. It has no amenities - no gym, no food - nothing. There is a Panera next door so I went there in the morning and got coffee and breakfast which was great. So - if you want a place to lay your head and you are basically not going to be in the room for more than sleeping it\'s fine if you can get a good deal!

One of the nicest red roof's ive been too, very clean, easy find of the freeway, easy simple parking, well lit and safe location at night, a few dining options within walking distance as well. Very nice staff great service here folks i would return

This property was near main roads/highways and only a short travel time from downtown Ann Arbor. There was a nice drugstore, a restaurant, and a food store adjacent to the property and in safe walking distance. There was plenty of free parking. The interior of the room was in need of major repairs, renovations, and cleaning. Overall, the value for money spent was in the poor range. Cannot recommend at this time.

The staff was very professional and courteous. They arranged transportation to my door for my appointment and back. I would definitely stay at this location again. There is a pharmacy and many dining options within walking distance as well as healthy grocery store.

Needed to stay near work while my car is in the shop. Comfy, and when the guy who checked me in found out I worked midnights, he pointed out the original room I booked didn't have a fridge or microwave, changed it for mw for a the difference int room types ($30 total for 3 nights, not a bad trade off!) and moved my room to the quietest corner of the hotel for me, so I could get the best chance at undisturbed rest. If you are staying here and need a shuttle ride, CC, the man who runs the shuttle, is an absolute gem. I was expecting to ride a scooter to work for 3 days, I used the shuttle and it was a very pleasant and unexpected experience

The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. This isn’t the first time coming here. About three years ago we were in the same situation late late stay over night just for a short period for the hospital appointment in the morning. We drive far away. So this particular room had vomit down the side of the bed and dried up drink on the counter. We switched to another room which that wasn’t better by far besides the dried up vomit wasn’t on the bed. This place isn’t strict on cleaning I feel. They may have meetings to ensure it but their workers I don’t think necessarily care. I think there should be a room supervisor inspector that inspects rooms before renting out. This hotel should be a business that rents by the hour not the entire night.

Found fake hair between beds, grime still in the tub. Loud as all get out. Could hear everthing. .Beds were by far the most uncomfortable to attempt to sleep on. Just gross place. Dont stay just because its cheaper. Cause truly will get a cheap place here.

Absolutely terrible: blood and hair on the sheets, bugs in the bathroom, showers that did not work, and pillows that had strange yellow stains on them. When we asked for them to bring us new sheets, they brought us some with blood on them.

The property was close to the highway and not that far from the University of Michigan. It is very tired and needs a good facelift. The beds were not that comfortable and the walls are very thin. The staff was very nice.. just the property lacks a lot.

The HVAC system in my room sounds like a freight train! Had a very poor night's sleep because if this. It looks like its from about 1975. In today's world, a new machine would be a LOT quieter! It also works poorly! My room only got barely warm. It is 27 degrees outside and drafty cool in here

As soon as we walked into the room all we could smell was mold. Didnt notice till next day, that the air conditioner had been leaking for some time. One 1 set of towel so we had to go get another set. The bathroom door looked like something got hungry and started eating it. There was something all over the top of the mini safe. When I checked the drawers the first one was falling apart and had nails sticking out. I could go on, but last time we stay at a red roof since we both woke up with headaches from the smell. We expected more for what we psid.

There was nothing “plus” about this place. The pillows was the biggest downfall, they weren’t even full sized. The bathroom light took forever to flick on and the fan was very loud like was going to break. For the night I guess it’s decent if you just need some quiet time.

The front desk worker was pretty rude. We had a long drive, got there around 11-11:30. She was unwelcoming and also got an attitude while she was looking to show me where our room was. I'm not from the area, never been toa Red Rood inn Plus, how am I supposed to know? Then she didn't even say have a good night. Just walked off after she pointed where I needed to go. I felt like such a burden to her by making her do her job.... I know I'll never recommend this place. The no carpet on the floors kinda grossed me out.

The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place.

Reserved an accessible room with King size bed, when I arrived was informed that room was occupied, even though I had a guaranteed reservation. Was offered an “upgrade” to a premium room (basically reg room with a few snacks, nothing more) room was not accessible which was the biggest issue since I am handicapped. Sun was bright during the day and melting snow had puddled on the sidewalk, knowing I had to leave early in the am for a Drs visit I asked if they could possibly put some salt down on the ramp as it was icing over, again told nothing could be done until after 9am the next day. Snow/ice should not be an unexpected thing to deal with in Michigan in the winter!! I have to come up every few months for visits, the location was perfect too bad that was the only perk.

The shower faucet in my room was inoperable. However, the staff was very courteous and responsive in giving me another room. Then, at 8 a.m. on Sunday, the fire alarms throughout the property erroneously went off. These things happen, I guess, but it wasn't fun.

I feel you get a lot for your money here. It’s definitely not fancy, but the superior rooms are larger, with microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked the Red Roof Inn (PLUS ) for a Michigan football weekend. Liked the location, felt safe. Very basic room, no microwave or refrigerator in the standard king room. Room was clean and spacious - no issues. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walk distance to a grocery store, Panera and CVS. More stores and restaurants across the street. A 12 minute drive to U of M medical. We had a fridge and microwave in our room. I would recommend bringing your own comfy pillow. I would stay here again anytime!!

Front desk staff was very friendly! The property itself appeared to be on the older side but my room was clean and the bed comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in room, but I didn’t expect one. Just sharing for anyone who finds reviews helpful in general. The only problem I had with this room was the sink was clogged so brushing teeth or washing face was kind of gross because of the backed up water that eventually drained after 30 minutes. The stay was otherwise quite pleasant with walking distance to both Panera and Plum Market. I would stay again.

This property is an old fashioned motel. It looks like an "inn" on the website but all doors exit outside on the hallways. They had photoshopped a fancy entrance which was misleading. It is a little worn out. We paid $250 Canadian for this property per night because I had booked it early in July to go to a Michigan game in late November and it was one of the cheaper options then. The night before we got there we saw it listed for $80 Canadian. For $80 a night - it is a fine place to go to sleep - clean and cheap. For $250 it was very disappointing. It was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable so bring your own. It has no amenities - no gym, no food - nothing. There is a Panera next door so I went there in the morning and got coffee and breakfast which was great. So - if you want a place to lay your head and you are basically not going to be in the room for more than sleeping it\'s fine if you can get a good deal!

Very good king bed. Bathroom update good. Lounge chair should be in the dumpster - mgr. waiting for new ones. A real breakfast room/food would be highly welcomed. Staff, mgr. very friendly & helpful

The stay was horrible. The room was extremely dirty and the staff was not helpful with fixing any of the problems we had. There was missing furniture, broken furniture etc. I didn’t arrive for check in until late and I was forced to go out and get cleaning supplies. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PRICE ISN’T WORTH IT!!!
