Hampton Inn & Suites Ann Arbor West

The breakfast was good/ the parking was good, our room was clean and smelled fresh every time we walked in. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

All went really well. Although the second day I believe the breakfast crew called in and the main desk person was scrambling to do the desk and breakfast...outside our second day breakfast slowdowns...it was good....they need a second waffle maker....major slowdown here.....outside of that...it was a great weekend at Hampton inn Ann Arobor West!!!

Quiet and relaxing.

great staff, every person at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Staff confused during check in. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets worn. Lounge chair comfortable.
