Very disappointed with the experience. Key cards didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed 3 different times in a 24 hour period. 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spares upon check in. This resort was once a treasure, not anymore. Inside and out it needs so much upgrading. Sad!

Breakfast was very disappointing. No milk for the cereal, no hot water for oatmeal, no cream cheese for the bagels and the coffee tasted like motor oil. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, with the exception of a dirty spread on one of the beds. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. When I tried to adjust the temp up slightly, it blew hot air! There are ice machines in only 3 buildings and the on closest to us didn't have any ice in it. Our in room fridge froze Our items. Basically we won't be staying there again.

Staff was wonderful, we had added a second day on week before, checked in was told 280 plus tax original payment was 338.50 plus another 50 had to ask about couple times then we got the 38.50 back our room was on the 3rd floor both of us handicapped had to get off at 2nd floor walk up flight steps room at the end of the hall. Room was really nice except for the room had a kid size toilet like really, breakfast buffet not good only 2 people working ran out of food or was cold and coffee tasted burnt!
