Quiet, clean, and conveniently close to the State Park and fishing spots. Shower was hot and beds were comfy enough. Parking is limited and cramped. No coffee maker in room and none offered in lobby. Very nice stay and will stay again.

It was extremely affordable. And I was very pleased with how nice the rooms were. It wasn't a very fancy place, but it was away from traffic and very pleasant!

Room very clean, and larger than we expected. Nice touch for a low-end motel is the shampoo and wash dispensers in the bathroom. Also, A/C unit is quiet. Well worth the stay for the budget minded.

Price was reasonable but had to wait far too long for anyone to come to lobby to check us in. We arrived around 8 in the evening so early enough to expect someone to be there within a reasonable amount of time. The room wasn't dirty but the bed had some stains on on the under sheet that were off-putting. Bed was rather hard and difficult to sleep on comfortably but that's personal preference there. Overall if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in Cadillac, it's ok but amenities are very limited.

Overall if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in Cadillac, it's ok but amenities are very limited.

The room I had originally had a leaky air conditioner. I brought it to their attention and they were quick to get things fixed. They switched my room without hesitation! The facility is very clean, quiet and nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless.

I came to Cadillac for a couple of days to see family. When I checked into the room, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, and the sheets had some kind of black stain on them, like grease from working on a car. The room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. When I talked to the front desk, they took care of it. It didn’t give me much confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place. I didn’t see any bugs, so that was good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look great, so I went out to eat. Not impressed with this hotel.

I came to Cadillac for a couple of days to see family. I was surprised to see that there was no coffee maker in the room. I thought that was pretty standard. Otherwise, everything was there. The hair dryer did not work. Should have different kinds of pillows on the bed, not 4 of the same. Some people like hard, flat pillows and others like soft, plush pillows. The shower was nice. The hotel was quiet.

This place was once a motel that has been turned into a hotel. The rooms are cold, and when I say cold I mean it took 4.5 hours to get the temperature to 70° and the excuse by the staff was "it is cold outside". The beds are rock hard double beds. The sink fixture was broke so there was no hot water from the bathroom sink. When you asked the staff for help or a question they started talking to each other (not in english) very rude. We would have got a refund and went some place else, but every where was full due to hockey tournaments. I will never stay here again.

Older motel - no frills - clean room - carpets in hallways need replacing - bathroom updated - nice - bed ok - pillows very flat - tried to get the attention of staff at front desk in order to get replacement but no one answered the bell - continental breakfast very small selection

No coffee makers in room nor was coffee available before 6:30 for us early risers. And breakfast was sub-par at best. Plan on eating out.

I came to Cadillac for a couple of days to see family. When I checked into the room, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, and the sheets had some kind of black stain on them, like grease from working on a car. The room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. When I talked to the front desk, they took care of it. It didn’t give me much confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place. I didn’t see any bugs, so that was good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look great, so I went out to eat. Not impressed with this hotel.

This was my second stay in a week - I was traveling to Ontonagon and used the hotel as a stopover on both ends of my trip. This stay was marginally better than the first stay because the criminal element that had been present on the first evening were no longer around. As previously stated in my initial review, the staff were as accommodating as they could be. They were friendly and professional. As with my previous review for the earlier stay, the same goes for the amenities concerning breakfast, beds being uncomfortable, etc. The place was clean, so that's a plus. I stayed this time around only because I had already previously booked before staying the first night. As previously stated, while the staff were nice, I will not likely stay here again.
