Comfort Inn Near Greenfield Village

Es un sitio relativamente limpio y ordenado pero no es nada excepcional incluso para el precio. La noche es bastante barata pero aún así esperaba algo mejor de lo que vi. Tenía que prepararme para ir a otro lugar e incluso si les expliqué el asunto (llamé dos veces) insistían en cobrar un costo adicional por hacer el check-in antes de las 15h. Ni siquiera dependía de la disponibilidad o de la limpieza en la habitación. Me permitieron entrar una hora antes y aún así me faltó tiempo para prepararme. Esas es otra cuestión, está bastante mal comunicado, he podido ver que estaba mas o menos cerca del lugar al que tenía que ir pero aún así, al estar en mitad de la carretera, era imposible ir a ningún lugar con facilidad. Me gustó el servicio de desayuno y era un lugar bastante cómodo. Sin rmbargo no pude disfrutar de mi estancia por lo antes mencionado. Me pusieron las cosas difíciles cuando no había necesidad.

Fresh breakfast food

Started off rough. Our room smelled like perhaps it was an old smoking room and there were stains in the carpet. Then our TV was busted (as if it had been punched) so I went to say something to the staff. They knew about the broken TV and had reported it days prior and. She said she thought it had been taken care of before letting me know their new maintainence man is part time. After switching rooms though we were happy enough with our stay. The new room felt cleaner and everything worked. Breakfast was pretty decent but the orange juice was...off. The whole family commented that the orange juice not only tasted watered down but there was something not quite right about it. Otherwise everything else was pretty good. Bonus plus is that the pool felt like it was nearly 100 degrees. It felt like bath water and that was pretty great.

Room was ok. It’s an older property. Friendly staff. Our refrigerator didn’t work and no hot water in sink. But overall, it was fine as we were barely in the room.

We booked this hotel due to location and for the pool. We went to use the pool on a Sunday morning and the staff advised against it saying it was dirty from so many kids using it the day before. After our 4 year old got over that disappointment, we tried to splash around in the bathtub in our room but the water didn't get warm. My husband and I just waited until we got home to shower.
