instalaciones en pesimo estado, el personal nulo y muy grosero y mal trato, no. habian toallas para el baño, nos ofrecieron toallas para el piso del baño para que nos sequemos despues de bañaros por que no tenian de las otras, no funcionaban muchas cosas del hotel, sucio y el desayuno debajo del promedio de los hoteles. todo en detroit es muy caro y este hotel esta muy lejos de detroit y aun asi es costoso y pesimo para lo que ofrecen. pesimo hotel jamas regresaria ni lo recomendaria con nadie.

Staff was friendly & polite, and the public parts of the hotel were clean. Check in/check out was quick & easy. Our room was poor/average-definitely in need of some upkeep. The shower rod brackets were barely hanging in the wall, and the curved shower rod spun in the brackets to the point it hung low & the shower curtain would slide to the middle of the rod. The bathroom was clean & spacious. There were several questionable stains on the carpet in our room. The beds were very squeaky, and the pillows flattened quickly. The lights, tv, fridge, outlets, HVAC all worked. We had a nice desk with a lamp. Linens were soft & clean 🙂 Our double queen bed room was stocked with 2 bath towels (no hand towels and no washcloths) and when I requested a hand towel from the front desk I was told they had no hand towels or washcloths, & was given 2 more bath towels. The walls were pretty thin-or noise carries throughout the hotel. We heard people in the hall knocking on doors & arguing loudly in the middle of the night & early morning. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. We did not use the pool or gym. We’ve stayed at Country Inn & Suites before, and none have been in such dire need of general upkeep as this one. If you need an inexpensive quick stop hotel, this will be just fine 🙂 If you’re looking for anything more than that, keep looking.
