The room was small and had a smell to it! The beds were very uncomfortable. Upon arrival heading to our room. The hallway was filled with noise due to other individuals staying. The next morning expected to be able to go to the gym they advertised, to be let down. The equipment was not up to date. The treadmill barely worked and the elliptical sounded as if it was about to fall apart! We planned on staying two nights but decided to drive back home! The long drive was more appealing than staying another night! The one positive was the young man checking us in! He was wonderful!

The condition of the Quality Inn was terrible. We opted to not stay because it was so bad. The hotel is under renovation construction. It should be closed. Exposed electric, light covers missing, hallways were taped off with plastic , large dumpsters and storage pod were around the outside. Absolutely never again. The Fairfield Inn directly behind it was beautiful, that is where we stayed.

First off I want to say all the things I liked. The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeepers. The room was very clean. Then the negatives, alot of our outlets didn't work, the bathroom fan was extremely weak, the beds are very small, the microwave and fridge look very old. The keycard took a few trys to get in the room, the key system definitely needs updating. The halls and stairwells have the AC off so it's very hot. There is no elevator as well so its very hard taking suitcases up stairs.The gym only has a treadmill, elliptical and 3lb, 5lb and 10lb weights. It only has a portable AC in it that didn't go any lower then 79° the whole time we were in there. I ended up feeling sick from the heat in there. The breakfast is only 1 Waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal and oranges, so if you want any protein or are Gluten free the breakfast is pointless. The way to the pool is past the front desk which makes it kinda awkward. Overall it wasn't terrible but with everything considered I'll be picking a different hotel next time.

It was a pretty nice room and the front desk employees were very nice. The only negative was the exercise room was freezing and the treadmill didn’t work. Good stay overall though.

Back side door did not allow entry with key. Breakfast was very limited; things were not replenished unless the front desk was asked to do so. Coffee was empty or low most of the time. Selection was poor; some protein would have been welcome. Location was good; easy access to highway & shopping.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was very limited with anything fresh. Envelope was left to tip house keeping but I received no house keeping so no tip. Room was beside outside door that slammed shut everytime it was opened. Construction workers worked late into the night and were very noisy, I got little sleep the two nights I was there. Room was clean and comfortable. You could hear hallway noise but it wasn't terrible. Not a lot of options for breakfast but we went elsewhere. Stayed for the weekend and would stay here again.

Very cold pool we couldn't use. Pulled back the bedding and found bed bugs even caught one. (Room 104) Other room 115 took shower step out and slipped/fell. Round curtain rod regular size straight shower curtain wet hard tile floor=fall. 2 beds and 1 broke. Breakfast was hard, stale or not there as promised. So no Sleep and no Breakfast plus no swim for $95. Save your money go somewhere else.

The hotel was nice for swimming with the little one. Room wasn’t very clean in appearance, trash behind curtain and dirty sock of someone else’s found under our bed. ( my daughter was playing with her toys on the floor and found it ) Need a dust and a good vacuum. May I suggest a room on the top floor. We were on the lower level and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants. Very squeaky from ceiling if they dropped something it was very loud. I would return for a swim, just change room location.

I was there for 5 nights. Hotel policy states towels and bedding get changed after a 3-night stay. After not receiving this, I got fresh towels upon request from the night clerk and was told the bedding would be changed the day, which never was. There is also no daily housekeeping services to include making the bed and taking out the garbage. Came back each night to a dirty room

I Felt That A Establishment as well known as Quality Inn, Would Have Better Sleeping Beds. The Beds felt like sleeping on a Cardboard Box With A Mattress on top of it, For the money spent on this Room There should have been Better Beds in the Rooms. I will never book again, I felt like I was At A Motel six. I hope that you will up date your sleeping Quality. Sincerely Mr. Cureton

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was very quiet from road noise, but the door connecting with the room next door let in just about everything the crazy woman there was saying. Fortunately they checked out Saturday. You cant change some people’s stupidity like yelling while in the hallways and surroundings, but otherwise our stay was fine.

Decent hotel in this price range. Sheets were incredibly soft, mattress less so. There was a faint odd smell throughout the building, but not awful. Walls are very thin. Room was clean, shower worked well.

The property is so outdated. I stayed there about a month ago and paid half of the amount that was charged this stay. The room that I was given had a bathroom that was so small that you couldn’t even get dressed in it. There was barely standing room.

The property was nice, but worn. Carpets and furniture in need of a refresh. I didn't specifically request it but was in a very convenient room with an accessible bathroom. The room and public areas were clean and staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. The heater worked well which is a really big plus in Michigan winters. All in all I would stay again, mostly because the price was very good considering the other properties immediately around. I was visiting family in the local hospital (4 min away). There is fast food and a sit-down restaurant in the same area, and I found a really nice grocery less than 10 minutes away.

I accidentally booked the wrong date on the app and management did not refund the night or even call me back. I spoke to the front desk about it and the woman stated she would call me back once the manager authorized it. Never got a call back and I ended up paying for a stay that I did not need.

At the time of check out, nobody was at the desk and we waited quite awhile and still nobody came, so we went back to our and just left the key there! Breakfast was not all that great either. Minimal choices.

Manager very rude and unprofessional. Asked for 4 new sets of towels on our second day and she was adamant to countvof dirty towels before giving clean sets. The property was nice, but worn. Carpets and furniture in need of a refresh. I didn't specifically request it but was in a very convenient room with an accessible bathroom. The room and public areas were clean and staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. The heater worked well which is a really big plus in Michigan winters. All in all I would stay again, mostly because the price was very good considering the other properties immediately around. I was visiting family in the local hospital (4 min away). There is fast food and a sit-down restaurant in the same area, and I found a really nice grocery less than 10 minutes away.

It was OK at best. The A/C didn't work, the room wasn't kept up as it should have been. We found dried blood on the curtains and the window wouldn't shut all the way. Good thing it wasn't winter lol. At least the fridge was a decent size and kept our stuff nice and cold. The breakfast was OK too but i would have loved to have had eggs or some kind of protein. The staff was really nice though.

Carpet needs replacing, lifting everywhere, bed was a mattress on a wooden frame, no boxspring, and TV was very small. Breakfast buffet was minimal, only hard boiled eggs, waffles, bananas, yogurt and cereal. Staff were amazing

I will not stay here again. It was not very clean. The chair in our room was dirty and old. Should be replaced. Breakfast was a joke, no protein was offered. The second morning there was hardly anything for breakfast. This place should be shut down and renovated right away. The bathroom was very dirty. There was a hole in the shower wall with tape on it. I really could go on and on.

Room was clean but the shower didn’t have a whole lot of pressure and the duvets has stains on them, otherwise room was clean and good. None of the side doors worked on a night when I returned, had to walk in the rain up to the main entrance. Breakfast looked good with make your own mini waffles but didn’t have time to enjoy it. Overall would stay here again, close to the Michigan Renfest which was the main reason for my visit.

Amenities seem they haven't been updated since the early 2000s, yet they say it's been recently remodeled. Breakfast is cereal, coffee and four small waffles. Other guests were loud running up and down the hallways for hours. Only recommend this hotel as a last option.
