Staff was very helpful!! They were the best t ju ing about your place. No pool, no breakfast, refrigerator not working, barely warm water

We arrived to our hotel and found that it was deeply underway in a construction project. Because of this, the pool was closed. There was ZERO mention of this at booking. I was traveling with four kids who requested a pool. I made my dissatisfaction clear to the front desk person, who told me he was sorry. They’ve had many of the same complaints and the manager was already aware that the information about the closed pool was not posted online anywhere. After getting settled into our room, the neglect of the hotel became very clear. Doors and drawers to the dressers and cabinets were screwed shut and some handles had fallen off. There was a hole in the closet door, and one of the coffee table legs was broken almost completely off. We realized that when we had to move the table to make the sofa bed and had to make sure the leg was situated properly under the table. There were no linens provided for the sofa bed, so we had to make a trip downstairs to request them. There was no breakfast served, even though it states that continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Overall, this hotel is grossly neglected and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Heat did not work, did not get King Bed. No breadfast was served.

The first room smelled of smoke, the 2nd room the heat didn’t work, third room was fine. The girl on reception was helpful
