I don’t usually give poor reviews but this hotel is a little “tired” for a lack of a better description. The decor is a little dated, we stayed two nights; our friends stayed three nights, and no one ever came to replenish the coffee pods, toilet paper, or to tidy the room at all. The toilet had sort of an industrial type flushing mechanism that never cleared the toilet and you would have to flush it like three times… I would just say the hotel was OK but not great.

First we got there at 5:30 an hour and a half after check in time no room ready so we had to take queen room instead of a king so we could get ready for our concert Then I was charged an additional charge at 9:30 that evening while at our concert. They said it was a computer error After the concert we wanted to come back to the hotel for a night cap and the bar was closed for a private event on a Saturday night Was really looking forward to staying there heard really good thing and was definitely disappointed

Beautiful hotel lobby, clean rooms, great location. Dinner at The Kitchen in hotel was good, our waitress was excellent! Only negative the valet took a long time to get our car at check out. (35 minute wait.)

Check in was a subpar experience. Waited in a line of 20 people just to find out my room wasn’t ready. Not to mention that they had no idea when my room would be ready, and once it was, I would receive a text and have to wait in the same line again to get my key! I let them know I needed a room to get ready for an event , and they suggested I use the lobby bathroom!! I ended up paying more to get an upgraded room because I felt I had no other choice as I needed to get in a room ASAP. I understand a short wait at check in, but this was unacceptable for the price of the room and the caliber of the hotel. Hopefully this was an exception for them, but there were A LOT of disgruntled customers that day.
