American Inn & Suites Metro Airport

Hotel fatiscente, hanno dato una tinteggiatura qua e là per farlo apparire migliore di come sembra ma è orribile. Pulizia inesistente, capelli di altre persone ovunque e bagni impresentabili. Questo è un posto da incubo, evitate gente!

I was searching for hotel in Auburn Hills area. This hotel was 1st choice. I looked at everything and figured it would be an Auburn Hills. Since that was the area I was searching for. I booked my room and I paid for the ability to cancel or change the reservation. I booked this on October 11 to stay on October 11 to the 12th. Was not able to attempt to get to the hotel until around 8:30 9 o’clock at night when I put the directions into my GPS I realized it was an hour drive. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Jennifer. She stated that she was unable to change the reservation to a hotel closer to where I was that I would have to call Hotels.com. And they would do it for me. I called the number for Hotels.com however, they said the property had to authorize it. They said Jennifer would not willing to authorize it. I had to sleep in my car. I contacted Jennifer the next day being today. She is now denying that I ever talked with her. How would I know her name? How would I know that they would offer a late checkout for $25 until 4 PM? I have it in my CALLER ID. She is not willing to help with anything. I asked if they would just change the hotel to a hotel in a different area for tonight, but she’s not willing to do that. Why did I pay to have my room changed or canceled however, I am not giving the option? Why is she now saying that she never spoke with me last night? She was very rude and unwilling to help. I would like my money back or a hotel room in the Auburn Hills area

Someone puts forth effort to keep rooms clean, but there doesn't appear to be a standard set. Continental Breakfast is the worst I've ever encountered not 1 pieces of fruit or yogurt 😩
