Book hotel 3 months in advance. Called hotel on April 19 to chrck on my reservation since it was the day of a large concert. Was told my reservation was there and would hav a room on 2nd floor, there were no elevators and asked if that was a problem. I said no issue and the hotel staff said i was all set for my stay on May 1. I arrived on May 1, was told they couldn't find my reservation and they were totally booked. But they had a king-size bedroom if i wanted to book and pay for it then. I stated that i had spoke to someone at the hotel on April 19, showed hotel staff the info and stated that he was the person i spoke with. He lied and said that number went to a corporate number and not the hotel and I would have to contact hotel.com to get booking straightened out. I walked back to my car. Called the previously used number and watch staff pick up my phone call, at that time i walked back in on the phone while talking to staff at desk. After stating that i don't appreciate being lied to and that i needed my room, miraculously they found my reservation. Room on the ground floor with a busted card reader on the door. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty with what looked like poop on the wall next to toilet paper holder. I will not stay here again. Horrible experience, morning breakfast was stale food. Do not recommend. 0 stars.
