Courtyard by Marriott Traverse City

Pool was closed for a day for maintenance but open the next day and great for families. The workout space thermostat was set to 78 degrees, made for a “hot” workout experience. Hotel staff was always kind and welcoming even during the mayhem of a sports tournament weekend.

There was an issue with WIFI. Had to get Desk staff to access it on my PC. The Food was good. Shower was very weak and the shower head needed descaling or replaced. The room was comfortable and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The only complaints would be that the bistro is not open all day and the condition of the bathroom shower was poor.

The hot tub was quite gross. It looked green and you could see a film on the side. Our legs felt slimy immediately so we got out. The pool area was dirty and definitely not as clean as the other areas of the hotel. We were told breakfast was from 7-10 but were not told they charged for it. That was disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

Clean comfortable room. Very quiet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice hot tub We especially liked the bistro. Had a nice little dinner and a glass of wine. Comforting after traveling. Would definitely stay there again and did recommend it to our friends
