The hotel was horrible. Cleanliness is not a priority from the lobby, the rooms and the pool was very disgusting. The deadbolt on the door to our room didn’t work to which the staff’s response was oh well, no offer to change rooms, Was there three nights in which our room was never cleaned and had to ask each day for clean towels. The staff seemed to truely not care even went as far to shrug shoulders and tell me they are busy. Interesting as it’s a 4 level hotel that at no point had more than 10 vehicles in it. Overall the worst hotel experience ever , do not recommend this facility at all

My wife and I were out of power at home so I booked a hotel for the night to feel halfway normal for once. When I went to check in at 3 they told me they had no rooms ready and to come back in an hour. So I left and came back an hour later. Still no rooms available they said it would be another hour or so until a room would be available. So I sat in their lobby hiding my time m only 20 minutes of sitting there the guy at the front desk told me a room was nearly ready sohen I check in and head to the room. First time opening the door it has automatic lights. I went into the bathroom and the floor was very wet and the tiles were cracking under my feet from a previous guest I'm assuming. Every time I walked in the room the lights would go on and wake up my wife. The room was okay but them claiming their cleaning people all called off was a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed with how long it took to check in.

Needed a separate key for the fitness center. The AM front desk clerk did not know where the key was. Room was fine. Carpet and couch had stains. Bedding and sheets were clean, did not have stains. Looked like the building was getting upgrades; such as new door locks and parking lot being resealed. I stayed 2 nights and trash was not picked up from the hallway. There was a bag of trash in the hallway the entire time. Breakfast was bread, yogurt, cereal, bananas and apples. One morning they had pork sausage out. The curtain in my room were broken, did not close the entire way. Bathroom was decently clean, I did wipe down the shower head before taking a shower.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Towel bars in room were falling out of the walls; shower faucet sprayed out of the side; curtain sheers were stained and torn; hallway reeked of pot and hotel lobby was hot and stuffy. Hotel clerk did not have the best communication skills and checked us in for 1 night instead of the 3 we booked. Needless to say we were locked out of our room on Saturday night when we returned around 11pm. Gave it credit for being in a convenient location near a Meijers and restaurants.
