Rooms on the 2nd floor are newly renovated. The entire room including bathrooms. They are very nice. showers are amazing and nice hot water. TV in room is nice and big with great picture. Pillows were cushy and mattress pretty good too. Breakfast was ok not a whole lot of options. Pool is smaller but good. Hot tub was nice and hot.

Rooms on the 2nd floor are newly renovated. The entire room including bathrooms. They are very nice. showers are amazing and nice hot water. TV in room is nice and big with great picture. Pillows were cushy and mattress pretty good too. Breakfast was ok not a whole lot of options. Pool is smaller but good. Hot tub was nice and hot.

There was a basketball tournament in Savage. Our whole team of 6th-grade boys and parents chose this hotel, partly for the use of the pool. We returned to the hotel after the first day of the tournament and discovered a horrible smell in the pool. Everyone in it began coughing and developing a rash. I made everyone clear the pool area. Upon our insistence, the pool was tested and showed high levels of acid. The pool was closed for the evening and reopened in the morning, but was soon closed again for the levels of chlorine being off. Very disappointing for all the students staying at the hotel, our team, and the other districts there for area events.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Burnsville, MN is undergoing renovation. It was not up to Marriott standards mainly because of the renovation. Rooms were clean, elevator did not work, and breakfast was not up to my kind of breakfast.

This hotel was great! It was clean and felt safe. I was traveling with an 8 and 3 year old. The pool was amazing. It wasnt deep, which for me was ideal with two small kids. The breakfast was also very good.

I have stayed here many times, everytime the same excellent service. Our room was very clean. The heating and cooling unit was recently updated with a nice efficient quiet unit. The person who checked me in was very personalble, which is very hard to get anymore. I highly recommend this property. There is a very popular pancake place just across the street. It feels good to finally write a good reveiw.

This hotel was under serious renovations and so many things were not as they should be. There was a lot of sound in the day as well so couldn't work in the lobby. But the worst part was the hotel employee called the day before and asked me to CANCEL because of the renovations. Our whole team was booked there so I didn't want to cancel but really wish I had. He did say he would give me the same low rate and put me in Hampton Inn right nearby. Wish I had done that in retrospect. This is NOT UP TO THE MARRIOTT NAME OR STANDARD OF HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BRAND AND WILL NOT STAY IN A FAIRFIELD INN AGAIN!

This hotel has a wonderful team at the front desk. Housekeeping lacked a bit. No kleenex, no toilet paper. Also no charger station at the nightstand. Not a huge deal, just also not convenient. We probably won't stay here again.

So response on check in, very hard uncomfortable beds, however the room was nice and clean. We put out the “ do not disturb” sign and they still entered the room. Which makes me feel untrusting….The breakfast was good.

Stayed with a family of 5 for 4 nights. Rooms are clean and in good condition. This property is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the pool/Fitness Center were in great shape. Breakfast was great, a good choice of cereals, eggs, meats and of course the Malted Waffle machine. Staff were always friendly and attentive. This property is a quick 10 minute drive from MOA and the Airport. We will be back.

very reasonable and breakfasts were pretty good. Would be better if fruit was offered. Only one day had fruit.

Overall a nice facility and a nice stay. This included a quality breakfast in the morning supplied by the hotel. I especially find it important to have a comfortable bed when we travel and we had a nice bed too !

Breakfast was poor, cereal tasted old, orange juice tasted like old water. Waffles were frozen and no fresh mix. pool water looked dirty and carpets and walls were dirty. Room was OK.

The staff and booking were great. The breakfast was good and well/promptly stocked. Disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order for half of our stay. The rooms looked a bit worn.

Our kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and our rooms were clean. Thr breakfast bar was great! There were lots of options for everyone. We enjoyed our stay here.

So response on check in, very hard uncomfortable beds, however the room was nice and clean. We put out the “ do not disturb” sign and they still entered the room. Which makes me feel untrusting….The breakfast was good.

I would have to say that I would never choose to stay at this hotel again, although the location in Burnsville is good as was the gentleman working the front desk. The hotel is old and not cleaned all that well. All corners in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in a while and there was a dental pick laying on the floor right by the bed. It wasn't overly noisy during the night, but I did awaken to walking above me and noisy conversations coming from somewhere. In the morning we went down for breakfast, which was not very good. The omelets had a layer of what appeared to be Velveeta in the center, but they were not warm and were quite unappetizing. I went for the known foods, being yogurt and toast with peanut butter. It may have had a great pool, but I don't generally use a pool in a hotel.

Convenient access to my family. Have been staying here a couple of times a year and consistently has what I need. And breakfast was good, hot breakfast always appreciated . And the coffee was actually really good. Additional parking would be helpful.

We were greeted at front desk, chatted for a bit. Check in was fast as I booked thru Hotels.com. Room was great! I have stayed at Fairfield by Marriott previously when wedding dress shopping for our daughter 2 years ago. Really didn't use gym or pool and ate off property with kids. Only recommendation I would have; I was with my husband who recently had a stroke (June 10) and needed to leave bathroom light on which I did but shut door down. The bathroom light was reflected in mirror in hallway which cast light over the bed nearest window and kept him awake. I put a bath towel over door to block that light. Other than that fantastic stay! /Front desk guy was also super friendly on our way out! LeAnn P

We travel quite a bit & for an included comp breakfast - they always have one of the best! Rooms are clean & housekeeping is nice … we’ve stayed for a couple nites before - this trip was five nites. Close to lots of shops & restaurants and our families! Great welcoming staff - see you on next visit!
