Pool area needs better ventilation. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Good value.

Close to many restaurants and shopping. Pool was big but jacuzzi was deep to sit in.

Pros: quiet and location was close to various dining out options. Cons: Pool water was cold, stairs were dirty and breakfast was minimal - waffles were horrible, waaaaay tooooooo much liquid in the batter.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was very musty and damp when we checked in. Had to run the air conditioner with the window open to help. Pool and hot tub area were great. Breakfast was good. Will stay again!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great! Hot tub and sauna were awesome! Quiet sleep well would recommend.

Always a great place to stay! The pool is a HUGE PLUS for entertaining the grandkids!

Property was good, clean, not far from shopping or dining opportunities. all I ask is to keep adult only pool hours, kid free. That was my only problem, kids in the pool past 10.

The staff was amazingly friendly and i don't think ive ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. The cleaning gals did a wonderful job. Shower curtains and comforters were all freshly washed and there wasn't a hair or dust bunny to be found. Will definitely stay there again. Also the pool clean and chlorineated perfectly.

The carpet was sticky and there was extreme moisture in the air. The door and picture frame was cracked.

Our room was cleaned and tidy every day and the grounds were attractive and well kept. The wifi in the room was weak and kept dropping out with an Apple phone. The breakfasts presented were iffy at best, and the carpeting on the main floor outside of the checkin counter was absolutely filthy with various forms of food and other debris which was not vacuumed at all during our stay. This motel has great potential but was a letdown. Thank you.

When walking into hotel it seems like a nice clean place, but that soon changes as you walk down the hallway and realize that they have dim lighting so you can’t see all the stains on the carpet. Got into our room and there was sunflower seeds on the floor, so obviously it wasn’t vacuumed… but it wasn’t until the next morning when we noticed that the bathroom door had what looked like dried blood on it, and the shower curtain had snot on it, and the mattress cover had blood stains- so gross!! It took me talking to the front desk 3 times before anything was done. The gentleman that I talked to twice didn’t seem to care and just kept saying he’ll have to wait to talk to his manager- that never happened. Finally the next day (yes, we slept in this disgusting room again only because couldn’t afford to go pay for another hotel) I talked to a lady at front desk who got housekeeping to get it all cleaned… never once apologized for the conditions, and never even offered a new clean room, Oh, and there was also stuff in fridge from previous guests, so obviously room wasn’t cleaned before we got there. Breakfast was alright, but each morning we had to wait for stuff to come out, and each morning when the waffle batter ran out, I’m pretty sure they just added water to it as it just kept getting thinner and thinner and no longer looked like batter. Would not stay here again!!

It is a nice hotel - very clean and in good repair

Nice hotel. Everything was great except for the room floor. As soon as you were bare foot the bottom of you feet were black. Really black!

Room and towels smelled moldy. Bed was uncomfortable and furniture was threadbare.

The room was filthy. Carpet not vacuumed and covered in debree. Handprints on headboard. Stains on towels and bedding. One of the lamps didn't work. Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The only plus was the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bad parts were the hard bed, the screaming parent and child in the room next door the first night and the college hockey players outside my room taking slap shots until midnight in the parking lot outside my room the second night. If the staff wasn’t so nice and the hotel clean and convenient I would have checked out and found a different place.

The room was very clean. The beds were a little hard but comfortable enough. Kids running up and the hallways all night. The front desk guy in the morning could have been a little friendlier. He was a crabby.

The property was in better shape than when we last used it it was clean, easy to get to, and parking was right outside the door. Pool area was nice. However the room they assigned us was right by the back door and people came and went at all hours and the door slams shut every time. Woke us up every time it slammed. Didn't get much sleep and we were spending the weekend with the grands and need the sleep to keep up with them.

I had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Check in was great. A friendly staff person helped me check in a little early. The room was as expected, large enough and clean. The bed was very comfortable which is really nice because I usually can't sleep in hotels because of uncomfortable beds. It was nice and quiet. No outside noises at all. The breakfast each morning was nice too.The only negative is there's a strong smell of the cleaner used throughout the hotel, and very strong in the room each time I returned from being out. Overall, great experience.

We stayed at this hotel during the week of Labor Day and encountered several issues. The room had a broken toilet that caused the toilet to overflow, resulting in an unpleasant odor. When we reported the problem, the so called manager (male) was extremely unprofessional, refusing to inspect the issue or provide us with an alternative room. Instead, he suggested we use the lobby bathroom for showers. He was extremely rude, arrogant and dismissive, demonstrating a clear lack of basic customer service skills. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. He had a no care attitude. Use your had earned money somewhere else.

they said yes. I get a call the day of booking stating I need to provide a different card number to pay for the rooms. I provided the card information and asked if it will be charged upon arrival to the hotel. I was advised yes. I get a notification that my card that I booked the room for the reservation was charged for one of the rooms and the card I gave over the phone was charged for the other room. When I was told nothing would be charged until I checked in. I get to the hotel and they ask me to insert my card to pay for the rooms. I advised them that they already charged my cards for the rooms and showed them and emailed them screenshots of the charges in my bank accounts. The person at the front desk said I still needed to pay for the rooms as the transactions declined. I told them it didn’t decline as I had enough funds in both accounts and even called both my banks and both banks confirmed the transactions went through. I asked why my cards were charged in the first place as they weren’t supposed to be charged until I checked in and the person at the front desk didn’t have answer. He kept t

Everything was great about my stay, but the staff in charge of the breakfast on the morning of 06-22-2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. Some of the items, milk and eggs had used up by previous guests. The staff at the front desk had to find the dining staff to come back to her position is the way it appeared. I remained in the dining area for about 30 minutes longer and that staff member did not look like she loved her job one little bit!!

Everything was as advertised at this property. The desk clerk was attentive, friendly, helpful and efficient during check in.

I want very impressed with the employee at the front desk at the night of our stay. A small group of parents were sitting on one side of the entrance and my husband, daughter and grandson had just ordered pizza and was sitting quietly finishing our meal. The pool had just ended its hours and people were coming out. The front desk employee yelled at all of us and told us to leave the lobby and go to our rooms. No one was loud. No was was disturbing anyone. He made himself come across as a very u kind person. No very impressed.

Clean and inviting, let us check in early, (at noon) was very close to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely no complaints!

I was disappointed in the selection of the breakfast. I am on a restricted diet due to health reasons. It was gravy over biscuits, waffles, and the normal milk, bread, bagles, ETC. I asked the front clerk if he had hard boiled eggs, or maybe scrambled, he stated that "its just the gravy and biscuits." That isn't a healthy breakfast at all. The fruit looked old. I walked to Aldies and brought some healthy choices. For the amount of money for a room for a one night stay, a variety should be offered for those that are sensative to their healthy choices.

Need better breakfast with more options. Please use real waffle batter, it was too thin. Everything else during our stay was fine.

The check in was easy. Staff was pleasant. They offered a good breakfast. The hot items were different each day. The issue we did have was with housekeeping. Beds were made and towels were changed but old coffee filters weren’t changed. Coffee cups with coffee in them were still on counter. Floor needed cleaning. The pluses were greater and I would go back.

Great place. Very clean. Room was impeccable. Everything worked. The pool was large and well kept up. Breakfast was good with several options.

Breakfast was a disaster. Empty warming pans. No milk for cereal. Waffle stuck to the iron. No spray available.
